Finally good Mexican food in St George!! Unlike a few others in the area, this shop actually has flavor in their carne asada – making by far the best California burrito in the area.

I love hole in the wall places with amazing food. This place doesn’t quite make it for me. I was told of a tiny family owned business with incredible food so I had to go there while I am visiting St. George. Who knows, I may never pass this way again.
I had the chicken quesadilla and my friend ordered the enchiladas. Maybe it was our fault. We were told to try the tacos with the green sauce but we didn’t order the tacos. I wasn’t impress. Cleanliness was so, so. Food taste was average. The price was average. I ate all of the rice and beans which I normally don’t eat. I guess that was the tastiest items on my plate. The sour cream was spoiled and the guacamole was made with 98% raw onions and a smidge of avocado. Wished I could have given this place a great review.

Good Mexican food. I ordered the Taco special (.99 each) and the Monchis taco. Good food. The green taco sauce had a great flavor and spice to it! Not sure it’s the top restaurant on my list but good to try something new. Will change up what I order if I go back.

This was our first time trying tacos el monchies and we loved it! Myself and my two kids got beans and rice and some corn tortillas and my husband ordered a California burrito. It was all fresh and flavorful! Restaurant was also very clean. We will for sure be back!
