Taco Guerrero is awesome! The food is really good, and the portions are big. You definitely will not leave hungry. I had the tacos and they were packed with meaty flavor. The salsa is very hot, so be ready for that kick! If you like spicy food, you will love it. Overall, great food, great size, and super tasty.

It’s a love-hate relationship with this place. Do they have great tacos? Absolutely. Is it a perfect location? Absolutely. The main thing that is very discouraging about this place is that you just cannot simply get them on the line to place an order. They purposely put somebody on the phone, or don’t have call waiting, or I don’t know what their deal is, but since the beginning of time, I’ve only been able to successfully place one order over the phone since they opened up and this was the day! Fast forward to the evening on the same day, I tried to reorder again for my daughter since she just got out of soccer practice and there you go! 46 times! I did it on purpose I called 46 times and showed the person in front that their phone doesn’t work, and they said, “Oh, I’m so sorry, that other employee had somebody on the other line.” What a coincidence that this has been happening since day one. So again, they don’t care about you placing orders over the phone. They want you to wait in line for 30 minutes to get your tacos. I get it, this place is busy, but I think they would be a lot more efficient instead of people hanging around not fitting in the store waiting for their food. It would be a lot easier for you to pick up after a phone call and leave more room for other customers. I’m all about local business and I sure hope that they change this policy.

I really liked this place. I had their Torta Morjada and Carna Asada Burrito. The green sauce was a little on the spicy side for me. I have a low tolerance these days due to some medical issues… but I still would eat it.. lol just suffer later. The Burrito with no salsa was great as is! I recommend this place. The only thing for me is that it has a small dining area. The ppl were nice and side note:… I asked for their chicharronch arugula… I hate when I get it, bit into it and nothing but oil and fat comes lol…. keep your comments to yourself on that. BUT! THIS DIDN’T!! from first bit to the last bit. It had flavor and a solid crunch!! That was my absolute favorite !!

The food is amazing. Be careful with the salsa. They have great flavor, but some are very hot. Best burrito I think I’ve ever had The meat quality is exceptional. Most places use cheap meat. Would highly recommend If you’re looking for a killer authentic meal

First time going after a friend suggested it. Said the food was very good. The familiar smell that wafted over to me as I opened the door was delicious. Made me close my eyes and inhaled the smell . The menu was abundant and everything looked so good. Decided on the ramen birria, 3 tacos-buche, cabeza & lengua- with horchata, and their birria combo plate. There were four choices of salsa, pickled red onions with chopped up jalapeños, pickled carrots & jalapeños, white onions mixed with cilantro and a yellow colored sauce that I’ve never seen before. They also had chicarron and they looked good. It’s now our place to go when we crave some authentic Mexican food joint. And they are open until midnight Monday-Friday!

***Updated after second visit. A very gross greasy chorizo quesadilla*** Originally had rated 4 stars.
Tacos are pretty decent. I had Asada, Al Pastor, and Buche. I feel the Asada had the most flavor.
My son had the bean and cheese, I did have a bite and beans were not bad. They’re mashed or blended but did have decent flavor.
I will have to come back and try an Asada burrito now that I feel that’s their best meat option. Also they do serve birria which is worth a shot.
I will have to say I came during the week and it wasn’t busy being that it’s a new business. I wasn’t too thrilled to see that the Salsa bar was on the dirty side.
***Very upset and disappointed on the chorizo quesadilla it’s literally a bucket of grease. I don’t have any patience for restaurants that are knowingly and willingly offering to customers. Also I ordered an agua fresca this visit. The cashier should let the customer know drinks will be ready at payment or when picking up food. The cashier eventually came outside to tell me my drink was called. Not my number my drink?! It’s not an issue but she could have been friendlier about it. This is literally a new restaurant

Came to this place for the first time with my wife. Was hard for me to order because the menu had so many amazing options. I ended up getting a quesadilla de tripa y lengua. I am picky on how I like tripa. When I took a few bites it tasted like I was having my mommas cooking it was amazing a the meats were cooked good and food was flavorful. My wife has a quesa birria and it was so flavorful as well. Amazing service too and so welcoming. The drinks were great too. I have a cucumber lime drink and my wife had a horchata. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend if you want some great food

This is a relatively new restaurant in Norco so my wife and I wanted to give it a try.
I had an al pastor burrito. It was very good. Not the best al pastor I have had, but still very good. The tortilla was lightly toasted which was a nice touch.
My wife had a chicken burrito which she also enjoyed.
The service is good. No waiters or waitresses. You just order and pick up at the counter. My table was really dirty but I had to clean it myself. No staff members were cleaning up.
There is a salsa bar which I just don’t get in today’s world. I am really weird about buffets (I won’t go to one) so maybe it’s just me.
It’s a small dinning area with indoor and outdoor seating. Since the food is really good you can expect difficulty getting an indoor table.
Atmosphere is what you would expect in a small Mexican restaurant.
There is a meat market there which surprised me. They also had rubs and spices for sale which was pretty cool.
I absolutely will be going back. I hope you give it a shot.

Eastvale/Norco was missing a GOOD mexican restaurant, until El Guero came around. They own a meat market, so they cook their own meat. They include a salsa bar that dosent disappoint. Always busy, and slow on the food so bring patience. Slow because they so cook it fresh. Will always recommend!
