I used to work around the corner from this place and changed jobs so today I was in the area for the first time in over a year. And stopped in. Still just as good as it used to be. Man I miss there food.

I had the alambre, not sure if that’s spelled correctly. It was fantastic. Good portions, great quality in the food, and the texture of it was great! The lingering of spicy after having a few bites was a great feeling. I would highly recommend.

The good: Friendly service, simple menu, great food–our group had a torta, enchiladas, and quesadilla. All were delicious. See pics.
The not so great: We moved to a table from the booths because the seats and tables were sticky, our drinks were never refilled nor were we checked on after being served (we found water ourselves), Mexican rap from the kitchen seemed like it was more for the cook than for the patrons.
Bottom line: I’d go back for the food, but nothing else.

Pretty good. No frills, made to order, burrito is enough for 1.5-2.0 meals. Steak is cooked well, almost too well, and could have used a little more salt. Note to self, no lettuce in the burrito.

Very good authentic food. Perfect place to stop in for a delicious bite to eat. I enjoy ordering take out and eating at home with family. Definitely worth every penny.
