We drove several hours out of our way just for these AMAZING tacos!!! Talk about melt in your mouth! Best tacos we ever had!!! Sure wish we had one closer to our house, but it’s definitely worth the drive! We also tried the red salsa & chips and they are spiiiiicY and sooooo good! We highly recommend Rio Grande Tacos!!!

These were some of the best street tacos I’ve had! I tried the fish (grilled tilapia), shrimp, carnitas, carne asada, and al pastor, and they were all outstanding, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. I hope to get back to PC soon just so I can eat here again!

If I could leave a 10 ☆ review I would. Passing through and so happy we stopped!!! Asada and pastor were bith on point, not to mention the pickles veggies are to die for. I wish we lived closer. Thank you Rio Grande for probably the best tacos I’ve eaten in Utah!!!

The owner was so kind and sat and talked with us for 15 minutes! The food was THE BOMB! Everything was so fresh! Would highly recommend the shrimp tacos and the quesabirria!!

They had a food truck posted at the Best Western in Coalville and it was DELICIOUS! The fruit in their recipes adds a refreshing take on Mexican food. I liked their El Gringo with al pastor and pineapple, plus their mango chile wings.
