I don’t usually leave reviews but this felt necessary. We ordered take out from here and the food tasted like rubber. We ordered the steak fajitas. I don’t even think it was steak. We order fajitas all the time(first time from here). It’s typically our go to food item. The steak didn’t even taste like steak. For $20 I expected more. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Quick food, sit down and eat. Wet burrito was good, the red sauce was a little strong, but good. The tacos were excellent. The lady that waited on us was super nice. We will return. They are open late.

I ordered a wet burrito for pick up. When I got home I opened up the container and to my surprise there was liquid yellow cheese drizzled on top. That should have been the biggest flag. After I take a bite of the burrito, the exposed part starts to drown in some type of lettucy, tomatoey, sour cream clear liquid. Rice was super dry. It went in the trash and I will be making my own wet burrito to satisfy my craving. The restaurant appeared clean. The lady was nice.

When we first moved over here, this was our go to restaurant. The food was amazing, prices were great, service was awesome. However, it feels like in the last year it’s kind of dropped off. The food isn’t bad, but it’s inconsistent. The service also isn’t terrible, but that has declined as well. There are newer people that are in the kitchen and sometimes at the register, so it could be that. But the same things we’ve ordered for quite a while now, aren’t made the same it seems. Overall, it is still a good restaurant, it’s just not as consistent.

Every time I order here ( which I have for a year now “ I specifically tell them what I don’t want on my tacos , they never fail to make sure my mouth is burning hot I cannot take spicy food and the fact they constantly do this after I give them my money over and over shows they DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! They only had sprite and orange pop the others were out. They also had no chicken nuggets for the kids. I got the chimichinga which I think was made wrong but I can’t compare to the menu online as it is unreadable. The food took awhile considering we were the only ones there. The kids seemed to enjoy their food. Far from authentic Mexican..

I swear they forget something every time, all I want is 2 tacos because I just got out of work and I’m hungry, how do you forget the cilantro on a taco with everything?? It just doesn’t even look right. I also had the tiniest bit of onion, mind you I tipped 15% so I paid almost $10 for this crap, it’s literally just meat on a tortilla. It’s good food when they get it right but definitely make sure to check the bag before you leave.

Right away, the service was incredible. The guy at the register helped me order because it was my first time there. He recommended a California Burrito, which is one of my favorites. They got it right on, delicious! I haven’t had a Burrito so delicious since living in California. I highly recommend this place!!

We ate at Tacos el Cuñado on 44th St in Grandville MI. A party of almost 20 people kept the staff of 2 very busy, but a shout out to a young man named Leo, who handled everything well, was polite and respectful, and worked hard. You don’t see that so much these days. The food was good, but the “salsa” was unique. Overall, fine.

I don’t know why I keep coming here other than it’s close by. They have messed up my order literally every single time…

The taco “salad” also had a single tiny handful of ultra fine diced lettuce, they forgot the beans, And the chorizo that was in it was majorly oversalted and under spiced to boot.

Do yourself a favor and go to taco’s el corporal over by the family fair instead. Way better food and cheaper.
