Perfect place to pop in for a to-go order. I ordered 3 steak tacos with a side of chips and salsa. This is my spread. They serve 2 salsas and plenty of limes with my tacos, Without Me asking for it. They also serve you cucumbers and radishes. ❤️ Thank you for making my dinner this Valentine’s Day!

My group of 4 had the restaurant to ourselves for dinner a few nights ago. This is not a typical Mexican restaurant as they do not serve chips and salsa when you sit down. They have cucumbers, radish, and an assortment of non-typical Mexican restaurant salsas.
Unfortunately on our visit they were out of cheese. Came as a surprise to me that a taco place could possibly run out of cheese so I chose not to eat. My friends each had tacos and thought they were good, but not worth going out of our way to come back. Service was good, and prices were also pretty good.

In November 2025 was the first time my husband and I visited this place with plans to order just guacamole knowing they would be closing 10 minutes later but the lady working stated we could order whatever we wanted because they did not mind staying over so we both ordered a meal and am thankful we did because it was DELICIOUS!!!! Employees at the restaurant were very friendly, professional and I feel went above and beyond by staying 20 minutes past closing for us.

Absolutely no flavor on the lengua, it tasted like boiled meat. The portions were decent, but I left feeling like I had covid. No flavor, come on! I was adding salt to my taco meat. The store was completely empty the whole time we ate.

Fantastic experience at Tacos el Amish!
This authentic Mexican restaurant offers fresh handmade guacamole and salsas and some of the best Mexican good I have ever had! A previous review from a couple months ago stated no chips and salsa, but they now have them.
The staff was very friendly and attentive as well even though the restaurant was quite busy.
Another previous review mentioned there were no lines on the handicap space, but that has been fixed. These owners are listening to your reviews and making changes to accommodate, and I love that!
I would definitely recommend! Top notch food and service, we will visit again!

I’ve been to Mexico a month back. So I know what authentic Mexican foods taste like. To be honest, this is the first restaurant in US I’ve been to that serves foods close to authentic Mexican taste. The environment inside also gives a true Mexican vibe. Try their guacamole sauce which they make live infront of you.

Well, they had no kids meals, their queso was so thick like a pie pudding somewhat like a queso gelatin. Weird I know but legit that’s what it was. I wasn’t impressed with their salsas either was told its super hot.we had the tacos and I thought they were bland but I didn’t want to add any of the hot sauces…We probably will not eat there again. I can’t recommend any of the other food because I’ve not had it but I will say this place was packed with people and the neighbor table said the guacamole dip was the best they’ve ever had. Everyone seemed happy pleased with their food choices.
