Me and my significant other LOVE this place. The cow tongue tacos are phenomenal and they are so fast with getting the food out. If you want to support local restaurants this is a must visit! 10/10 recommend to my pcola people

Asada tacos were excellent. I was there before 11 because they usually open at 10 and the quality was very fresh. The double tortillas were cooked perfectly, the staff is friendly, and it’s a clean food truck location. I highly recommend!

So many food trucks have been in this spot. I believe this one is going to last! Authentic Mexican food and it’s delish. Today was taco Tuesday so we got 4 for $10, 2 asada, one each pollo and pastor.
Also got a pollo quesadilla. All best I’ve ever had. Really. Only complaint I have is that all their sauces are too hot. Good thing everything is so flavorful!

$13 for this is a fair deal! Problem with food trucks if you want a quick lunch is it can easily push $20 or more. If they keep their prices as of mid 2025 I will be back frequently. Great food. Zero complaints. The esquites is much more savory than the corn on a stick so I highly recommend that one. All the tacos are amazing. They have other great food as well. Even better, you can text in your order! If you need your food ASAP you should call it in since text in orders are not the primary way they accept orders.

Out of towner here stopped here to get some tacos. Kind of disappointed in these. Extremely dry and over cooked. The meat tasted like bacon bits they were so small and over cooked. We got al pastor, asada and shrimp. Shrimp were the best. Not sure id go back.

This is my second time here in a few days while I am visiting Pensacola. They exceeded my expectations. Al pastor Taco’s and burritos were very close to the once in Mexico city. I didn’t expect this Pensacola.

I stopped here and watched meat just sit outside on the grill and have flys land on it. It’s also very weird that they have refrigerators outside, I’ve never been to a food truck and seen that. After I got home I checked out there latest health inspection and seen that they have been in trouble multiple times for this reason and also the meat sitting on the grill outdoors. The food was also over cooked and tasted old. I’ve been sick since I stopped here beware!!! There is plenty of Mexican food around be careful stopping here.

A real authentic Mexican food truck. They have the best street tacos I’ve had in Pensacola and I love the sauces that come with them. The hours are great too. I like this place so much that I made a mock-up menu to help others find what they want. It’s accurate as of 6/6/2025. I’ll try to keep it accurate.
