Affordable tacos – i believe 2$ a piece. Limited option though. It is good a good size for the price. However, I rated 4 stars because I found other places are better ( $3/ taco) – and more options for the pickles which you can customize! No parking so basically you have to park on the street if available !

The Al pastor quesadilla might have been the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. The tacos were all solid too. Delicious and quick

This is more like a hot-dog cart than a typical food truck but it’s FANTASTIC! There’s actually some nice covered seating there in the old empty Sear’s parking lot. You also might be interested to know that across the street at the brewery they sell great beer to-go at decent prices for singles…
I got TWO burritos only to find out that they were HUGE! Somehow I still ate both because they were delicious but I shouldn’t have. One is definitely a meal! They hand you the tortilla on a plate with the meat and you add to it from the toppings in the cooler and hand it back for them to wrap it up and sear it on the grill. Really delicious! My wife said the street tacos were the best she’s ever had!

You really can’t go wrong here whether you grab the tacos or a burrito—the food is spot on every single time. Honestly, there is literally another taco truck right around the corner that I’ve never even bothered to try because Don Rafa is so consistently delicious. Definitely my go-to spot!

I live in a much bigger city with a huge Mexican immigrant population, so I have no shortage of great Mexican food at home — traditional, regional, modern, fusion. So when I say this little cart has some of the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life, I know what I’m saying! These are more CDMX style (I think) so they’re a little smaller and on lighter tortillas than what we get in other parts of the country. I ate 5 and was still hungry, but they’re priced well so no problem. They’re served just meat on tortilla; take your plate from the counter and walk around to the side, where you can put your toppings on from the self-serve cooler while also paying an employee (you might need to wait a minute if they’re getting supplies from the truck). They take cash and card, no apps. Amazing food. I’m only in town a few days and have a busy work schedule, but Google says this stand is open until late at night, so I might very well come back every single night!

This is a “hidden gem.” One of my new favorite spots. I had the Carne Asada burrito and chicken tacos. You get to choose your toppings and then they roll the burrito up. It’s all about the salsa and they have great salsa.

Got a carne asada burrito here for a really great price! It was delicious! I was there at like 8:30pm on a cold day so there was nobody there, and it was prepared very quickly. I’ll definitely go back!

tacos hit diff when they’re made w love. we went out n the lady gave us bad service. fastest, most rushed tacos i’ve ever had. she kept saying “hurry up my system’s about to close” like girl… the system’s 24/7 lol. could’ve just said she wasn’t taking orders. then she got lowkey rude. we asked for limes n she said “if there’s none there’s none” but she literally had more in the back. anyway… hope next time she’s a lil more friendly.

No frills taco cart in the middle of Salt Lake City. The food is first rate, the toppings are crazy fresh, and the horchata is tasty and cold. Super nice staff. Totally affordable. I had the quesadilla with chicken mole. Highly recommend!
