I ordered the large chicken quesadilla, fish tacos, and beef and shrimp nacho fries , they had run out of shrimp and subbed in fish after asking if it was okay to. This is literally the closest thing to the Mexican cuisine I am used to in Idaho/Montana area, and I definitely prefer it to the Italian style Mexican you can often find in CNY. We devoured our dinner and we’ll definitely be back for more in the future, even though I usually don’t drive out this way. It’s worth it!

Little hole in the wall spot you can’t miss if you’re in the area, I cannot believe how good these tacos were. They were legitimately the best and most authentic tacos I’ve had in upstate NY. Also the owner was fantastic!

I was so pleased to find an authentic Mexican restaurant like Don Fernando’s. The food is truly outstanding, no matter what you order, it never disappoints. Don’t be fooled by the fact that it’s located inside a gas station; the owner goes above and beyond to keep the place exceptionally clean. Try them out!!

Great food here! Best empanada I’ve had in all my travels. The birrias were FAT and delicious. The churros were perfect .

Great food, don’t be discouraged by the location, it’s really authentic and everything was delicious. Their house sauces are really good! We tried the tres leches, birria tacos, big 2 fish tacos, quesbirria and asada fries. I think the fish tacos were my favorite this time.
