This is my new favorite taco spot! It was sooooooooooooooo GOOD!! I didn’t even take pictures!! I ate it so fast!! Ordered the 3 taco plate, steak on corn!! The meat was juicy and seasoned to perfection!!! The refried beans could use some seasonings but the rice was delicious and the tacos were so good!! I’ve seen bad reviews but I’m glad I went there and I’ll probably be back tomorrow the lady taking my order wasn’t friendly per se’ but she wasn’t rude either she lands in the middle for me!! But the food was soo good who cares if she’s not nice.

Lady in the front showed no effort had a rbf the whole time. Anyways I get my burger with double meat which taste like Parmesan cheese and I thought that was odd and uncle which is a cook over heard me say it. He responded to stop eating it’s spoiled meat it was wet aged is why it taste like that when he said that’s I ate almost half then threw up immediately. Now I feel nauseous never ever coming here. Save the other half just in case I get sicker over night

In search of a taco shop with good food AND good service, because this place is not it.
I always try to give restaurants a fair chance, which is why I’ve visited this place twice before writing this review. Unfortunately, both times were disappointing.
On my first visit, I ordered the Alhambres with flank steak and some tacos (also flank steak, since that was all they had available). The tacos were missing onions, which I didn’t notice until I got home. The Alhambres tasted good but were swimming in grease—the bottom of the takeout container was full of it. I also ordered grilled jalapeños, and when I asked, the lady told me the order came with two for $1.25. When I opened the container, there was only one. When I pointed that out, she said, “Well, that’s a big one.” Not exactly the best customer service.
Because I believe anyone can have an off day, I decided to give them a second chance. This time, I ordered the Alhambres with chicken. I did get two jalapeños this time, but when I got home, there was no cheese in the dish. Cheese is supposed to be a key ingredient—it’s what ties everything together. I went back to let them know, and at first, the lady insisted it was in there. She even rummaged through my food with a fork (thankfully a new one) before realizing there was no cheese. Instead of remaking it, she brought it back out with cold shredded cheese sprinkled on top. That’s not how this dish is made. After I refused that, they finally redid it properly.
My two biggest issues:
1. The attitude. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I felt like I was treated as the problem. I don’t speak Spanish, but I could hear the irritation in their tone when I brought it back.
2. The lack of care. Don’t just toss cheese on top of a dish and call it fixed. At least remake the order properly the first time.
Good food and good service should go hand in hand. This place consistently failed on both. One star.

Went there to the Glenn Heights location for the first time. February 10th around 4:00 pm oh my God the tacos was so amazing. I get off work early today February 11th go there around 12: 20 pm to order the same dinner I had yesterday evening. Get home can’t wait to try it i was so, so disappointed. The meat for my tacos was so over cooked and very, very dry . I was just to tired to go back up there my dog didn’t mind the dryness of the meat . So the tacos didn’t go to waste . I’m not saying I won’t try them again but because every cook is different. I promise to forever check my order before I leave from now on. Mrs. P

For tacos, this is not it. Please know there are better taquerias in oak cliff and im so sad we can’t get some good tacos here in Glenn heights ugh! Owner, work on your salsas pleaseeee also visit nearby popular taquerias like fitos, la paisanita and see why people love their tacos (it’s the salsa) if you can do this I will try your spot again.
