Stopped here on a whim. Right off expressway. Looks like it just opened but they have been there for about 3 years. And still looks brand new. Reasonable prices. Great customer service. Everything was fresh and hot. We had their tacos. Ground beef taco 10/10, chicken taco 10/10 they use shredded chicken which we appreciate, and their Al pastor which was tender, saucy and flavorful. Appreciate that they paired it with a wedge of lime we also tried their carne asada torta which was 10/10 love that they add guacamole and the bread was toasted to perfection on outside but still fresh and soft when you bite into it. We also had their elote which was a generous size. And their red and green salsa were both delicious 10/10. We also appreciate their fountain drink machine being well calibrated right amount of carbonation and syrup and their ice cubes were hollow cubes which as an ice chewer I appreciate. Definitely recommend and worth the drive.

Stopped by last night and boy they did not disappoint! We got 3 chicken and 3 fish taco dinners and their deceptably strong frozen mango and strawberry margaritas( in store only). Man o man the tacos were delicious! Best chicken and fish taco we ever had!! We even got some to go dinners!!! Clean facility and nice personnel! Will return again and again!!!

3rd time here. Caritas in my burrito were obviously very old and reheated several times, leaving then so hard and dry that I had to take apart my burrito to try and salvage something. The meat was so dry, hard and bitter it ruined the trip.
Il be back but never eating the carnitas again.
Also music is so loud, not possible to have a conversation at dinner.

I’ve had this place twice and both times were very different. First time it was decent and fresh even though it felt under seasoned. Today the food tasted old, was cold and very bland. Green salsa was decent, Horchata was TERRIBLE. Like couldn’t even drink more than one sip, tasted like anise and milk powder with a strong gross syrup flavor, tasted like the machine was malfunctioning and they didn’t know it. It was not even consumable. My beans were cold and bland, the rice was decent. My burrito wasn’t even toasted. The restaurant itself was very clean and the atmosphere of the open kitchen and seating was nice. Unfortunately, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

On 10/30/25 I went to purchased food and I was charged twice for my meal. I was told by the cashier that my first payment did not on their end even though it showed as a charge on my end in my card transactions. I showed her it went through on my end and she stated this had happened before but could not give me my food until it shows on their end as paid. She then proceeds to tell me swipe my card again and once it goes through she would reimburse me for the first transaction. So I swiped my card for a second time once the payment went through she then proceeds to tell me that she couldn’t give me a refund and I would have to wait for a manger to call and to me when to come in for my refund. I called back on 10/31/25 to speak to a manager and the phone was passed around to multiple playing in the phone and the a man man got on the phone and apologized for the inconvenience but still would not help. This is unacceptable! At this point I believed I was scammed and a manager was never told about my situation. I’m still waiting for a call and a refund. Very disappointed.

So. The flavors are lighter (not bland, light. There is a difference. ), but in a way that is reminiscent of the last time I was south of the border. The barbacoa was rich and super tender. Gorditas were fall apart sloppy the way I expected them to be.
If you’re the sort who wants kick in your Mexican, the salsa verde at the tables is a mild spice with a bit of a pepper kick. Cubanelle pepper level, so nothing to knock your socks off, and without the heart quality of poblano. A little cilantro might have helped flavors but it’s good. Food quality is solid.
Staff is friendly and wait times aren’t bad. Music is a little loud so keep that in mind.
Price is 15/head for one combo. You will not get stuffed at this price, so if you want more, it gets pricier. Overall good to know that it’s here at this price.

Came here when they first opened and it was actually decent. Came back today and food was trash. I ordered a chicken taco, quesadilla and tostada. The chicken was very bland and had little to no flavor. Meat does not appear to be off quality. My quesadilla had no meat and was filled with nothing but cheese. Not sure if the quesadilla was supposed to be cheese only but the cashier failed to mention that. The salsa was watered down with very little flavor. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the margarita. Trash was on the floor and employee kept walking by as if he didn’t see trash on the floor. I will not come back to the place again. Food was mid at best
