Just a tourist thats been through Ridgeway a handful of times now and heard this place had just opened up. Apparently they have an already well established location in montrose and this location is them expanding. The location is a bit small. The outdoor area during warmer weather im sure will benefit them greatly. As a single I was able to walk in and grab a seat at the bar and you’ll never guess what I ordered! Some beer and Tacos. Yupp suprise suprise. They do have more than just tacos and beer and it seemed most innthe restaurant were getting the fajitas. I was just looking for a quick bite and to try them out so 2 tacos and a large beer did me pretty good. I had the lingua and carnitas. Both were great tacos with lots of flavor. the grilled jalapeño I diced up and added for some more heat. The chips and salsa were also great. I like the thick style chips good crunch a little heat on the salsa. Wait staff was very friendly and quick to take an order and bring out food. Was a great place to stop into for a quick bite to eat. Definitely want to cone back to try the fajitas everyone was ordering!

Great food and great environment with friendly and quick service.
I had the california burrito with birria, which is massive, and very tasty.
I highly recommend this joint for a full belly before you smoke your joint.

Absolutely incredible on all accords, stopped by while rolling through town, highly recommend. The Al pastor Martin may be one of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Also giant beers in frosty mugs.

Visiting from Santa Barbara. These tacos are legit and just like street tacos from home. The flavors are amazing, fresh, and traditional. The staff was super friendly even on a really busy day. They even had one of the best restaurant micheladas I’ve had in a long time.

The newest entry in Ridgway’s incredible restaurant scene! They’ve been in Montrose for quite some time, but the new location here is just as good. Great tacos, excellent service and fun decor. Make sure you try the Martin taco!!

Whoever posted that they were from Cali and this place is “legit” lied. The tacos were 75% lettuce. The shrimp on my taco were tiny and *white*. The sliver of pork green chili on my other taco was NOT good.
The bartender, my drink, and the salsa were on point though. So shout to her!
I really wanted to like this place since there are so few good options in town but this did not make the cut.

Great spot in Ridgway! The portions are excellent and prices are reasonable. My favorite dishes so far are the nachos, queso dip, and street tacos. I love that there’s both indoor and outdoor seating, so it works well year-round. The restaurant is tucked away from the main strip, so it can be easy to miss, but it’s definitely worth finding.

Literally the best food in Ridgway if you like Mexican. The only place in Ridgway that serves brillia tacos which are by far my favorite tacos ever.
Spicy and yummy with a full bar- relatively small space for the amount of business they get but still well worth a wait as they get food out fast and they’re super friendly.

We ate there tonight and had the best waitress! Every staff member was so friendly and the food was amazing. Chips and salsa were so yummy! Loved the cute outdoor seating.

Went in with my son to try it for the 1st time, we were originally going to dine at Colorado boy however we saw this place and decided to give it a shot, what a big mistake we made, my food was made as ordered that was about the only good thing, my son on the other hand asked for no lettuce and they gave him everything in a bed of lettuce, we only saw our server twice, when she sat us down, and when we had our food served, never check back on us, nothing. I had to get up walk up to her and ask her for a to go box for my son, so all of that reflected on her tip because all I did was round it up to the next whole dollar. I normally tip $10 or higher but I found that this service was not worth that much so it’s possible that we will never again visit this place. I don’t care how people rave about it, our experience was dismal, there was also another woman there with short hair that I tried to get her attention for some service but she kept chatting it up with the two men that were sitting on the table next to us, apparently they must be public figures in the place so again, maybe their contributions can make up for the loss of business from us because as I said, we’re not planning to go back.
