Best chimichanga in Seattle!
I’m always on the hunt for great tacos, and this place completely blew me away. This is, without a doubt, a 5-star experience and a new Seattle favorite.
Let’s talk about the tacos. I tried a few, and each one was better than the last. The carne asada was perfectly tender and seasoned, the carnitas were crispy and juicy, and the veggie option was incredibly flavorful (not just an afterthought!). The tortillas were fresh and warm, and the salsas were bright, zesty, and had the perfect amount of kick. You can just taste the quality and care in every single bite.

Vibrant food and atmosphere with friendly service is what you’ll find here. Get the salsa trio to start. I am a huge fan of their tacos, especially the Camerones, they are incredibly good. This is our go-to place for authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico and California. My husband says this restaurant has really good food without the pretentiousness of other Mexican restaurants. We’ll be back!

Our go-to for tacos in Seattle. We live nearby and order takeout, so I can’t comment on the dining experience, but the tortillas are so fresh and tasty. The salsas are bomb. I’ve even bought their hot sauce in bottles to go! My fav taco is the cochinita pibil. My kiddo likes carne asada. Husband likes all of them. Great prices, fresh, flavorful, and obviously cooked with care.

We walked in and were seated promptly. We were given ample time to peruse the menu. The food was just ok. Beans tasted as if they were not seasoned at all. Tacos were, once again, ok. The biggest shock was the total for our meal. The most expensive taco place I have visited in my time living in Seattle. My friend concurred and we’re never visiting again.

Tacos and Beer is hands-down my favorite taco spot in Seattle. The tacos are generously sized, packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and topped with just the right balance of sauces and garnishes.
One of our favorite routines is grabbing a variety of tacos to-go and heading to a nearby park to enjoy them outdoors. The food travels well, and the vibrant flavors make for a perfect picnic experience.

There were sharp shattered plastic pieces I found in pastor tacos. We called the restaurant to tell them and at least based on how they responded, they did not make a big deal out of it. They gave us a refund but I had to tell them again that they should check the meat because it is not safe to have sharp plastic pieces in the food (sigh). The answer is “sure.”
Related note, the shredded pork taco had the bay leaves which probably were used to cook the meat but they should have taken them out before serving as bay leaves not hard to chew and usually not served as a food. They need to retrain their staffs what can go into taco.

We love this local taco spot, and come here at least once a week. Great food, friendly service. Only downside is there isn’t a lot of tables. Would love to see them move somewhere (very close!!) with more room for them.

Everything about our experience was great! We sat on the patio and ordered some drinks, chips/guac with salsa, carne asada, tamale, and a fish taco!
I am a big fan of spicy food and their habanero salsa is genuinely flavorful and spicy! They have hefty tacos and my fiancés carne asada was cooked perfectly.
The servers were incredibly attentive and friendly! Definitely coming back 🙂
