Yummmm! I had the chips and guac with the veggie and cactus tacos! And of course horchata ❤️ so glad we found this place. We also got some sweets to go and empanadas, can’t wait to try them! Super clean place and everyone was very friendly. Definitely will be going back

Tacos 46 is the hidden gem in the greater Indianapolis area. 100% the best tacos you can find around here. The Tortas are amazing and so is the birria. Whatever you order you’ll love.

Solid choice for great food while in Indy. I had the carne asada street tacos—very tasty, with fresh-made corn tortillas. You really can’t ask for more. The salsa selection is good, with some that have a nice kick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Plus, there’s a bakery attached, which is a great bonus. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible, no nonsense Mexican food. The meat here is phenomenal and the tacos come out so hot (temp fresh off the grill) that we had to wait a few minutes before we could even pick them up. I don’t know what else to say to convince you these are some of the best tacos I have ever had but you just need to try it for yourself. Cabeza is our fave!

I noticed some reviews say there not a lot of flavor… personally for me… that’s the whole point. A great taco isn’t supposed to be masked with seasoning. If it’s done right all you need is the pure taste of the fillings and you can supplement with salsas! They’re right that it’s not super “dimensional” in flavors but they are perfectly delectable.

This place is nice food, taste great. Different kinds of salsas. Too bad they dont have salsa for chips. The place looks clean. The most nicest person was the pregnant waitres she was kind and understanding person. Overall very good quality and a lot meat. Super. So I give you 5 starts for good serving. Presentation, great place, quality and celanese.

We are new here and heard so much about Tacos 46. The kids and I were exited to try them out. My son got nachos while my daughter and I got burritos plus a taco supreme. The food was amazing! Well seasoned and definitely yummy. I promised my mom when she comes to visit we will take her here…she was very jealous.

Lirtle pricier than Im used to, being from Ca, 3 esada and cheese tacos usually cost 10 bucks spent 14 and some change here. That being said wasn’t bad at all, definitely filling and fresh.

A lovely family owns this restaurant and bakery, the smells are amazing. As soon as you walk in, you smell the delicious steak sizzling on the grill and the wonderful sugary smell from the churros in the bakery. Everyone who works here are super friendly and helpful.

Good chicken (pollo) taco, and a better steak & cheese (asada con queso) taco. Inexpensive, but could be cheaper.

Seating capacity is approximately 60. Entrance to bakery from restaurant.

NB: In the “View Menu” section here on Google Maps, most tacos show a price of $2.75; whereas you can tell from recent photographs of the restaurant wall menus that the current (June 2023) prices for such tacos are now $3.75. Presumably, this is yet another manifestation of failing to accurately update for high inflation over significant stretches of time; a frequent problem found not only here on Google Maps, but common elsewhere, too.
