Came in cause we saw a great TikTok review but the lady attending didn’t greet us upon arrival…
We had to ask for the menus ourselves at that and still had not been greeted or served salsa chips etc
She made eye contact several times and still didn’t come by to greet, ended up leaving.

Went to eat right now with my family, the lady there that attended us didnt even greet us when we got to the table she just brought the menus and kinda waited around for us to order. When she finally came we ordered 3 ordenes of tacos 2 sincronizadas and 1 papa with carne plus 3 mexican cokes 1 manzanita and a bottle of water. We waited like about 20 to 30 minutes and our drinks still hadnt been brought. We got our 2 sincros and she walked away to go attend another table. (Mind you ehen we got there, there was only 1 table that was eating, another table that was waiting for take out, and us. Then later another 2 tables got there later) but we had to ask the other guy to bring our drinks. When we told him our drinks he told us right away there wasnt any manzanita. He went for them, then the lady comes back to ask if we didnt want the manzanita anymore we had to tell her the other guy said there was no more. Then 2 orders of tacos were brought and we were waiting for the last order and it still took about another 5 to 10 min before it was brought out. We werent given forks to add the lettuce and avocado to the sincros since it came on the side. There was only 2 spoons in the papa and we were 6 people. The whole time we were there the lady didnt come to check on us at all. We finally asked for a plate to go and the check and she said it came out to ciento siete ($107). We all freaked out because the math wasnt mathin and we asked for the receipt she said she would give it to us after we paid. When we opened the wallet she assumed we were going to pay card, didnt ask if we were all paying together, then makes a comment that it was also fine if we were going to pay cash, but she did show us the pricing on the machine where she took ourorder, and the pricing wasnt the issue the service was the issue. But the math didnt add up we asked her $107 she then said ciento con siete ($100.07). We paid cash $101. She for some reason had set the business phone on the table while she was charging us and after we paid she picked up the business phone then also picked up my sisters cellphone that was on the edge of the table and was about to walk off . Then my sister stopped her and she came back and chuckled and was like ahh no este no(oh not this one). And we all felt some type of way about the whole situation to the point where my family didnt want to leave a tip but i felt bad and just left like $7 and we left. When i got into the car i saw that there was a 3% charge for the transaction(which i have never seen done before besides when cards are being used), but we paid cash. Overall the food was good i didnt mind the pricing because it was all fajita, but just to think i was excited to have found a new taco place around my area but after this i dont think i would be returning. The service definitley needs to be alot better. And the fact that she even grabbed my sisters cellphone and wanted to walk off was even more unprofessional and unacceptable. No apology was given.

Everything was on point. The tacos and tostadas were great, the fajita was soft and juicy, and the salsa was good and spicy. Does take a little while, but definitely worth it.

Food is really good. It’s a shame that the service is so bad. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has off days but it’s happened continuously every time I order from here. Placed order at 9:28. 2 orders of tacos and a potato. Was told it would be 30 minutes which wasn’t a problem. Get there to pick up food at 10 and still wasn’t ready. At about 10:15 I called and was told that they were making my order next and that it would be 8 minutes. Waited till 10:33 and no food still so I Left. Really hope they can get the service in order or they will start losing a lot of customers.

First time here. We were looking fwd to try. Ordered on the spot. Waited for over an hour in the car line. Left and came back and order was still not ready. They ended up telling me my order had gotten messed up and that they were overwhelmed with many other orders. I ended up getting my money back! Never again.

We had a bad experience. To begin we ordered our drinks and they did not bring the drinks right away we wait like about 20 to 30 mins to get them and that just because we had to asked another worker to bring them and When we had asked for the check she took an order on the work phone while waiting for payment. she had placed down her work phone on one of our family members cell phone and took her phone along with our family members phones after we had paid was about to walk away. The lady didnt apologize she kind of laughed and put it back after she was stopped. This is very unprofessional and very bad service. I will not be returning.
