This place has good food, but the prices skyrocketed bad. If you want appetizer servings at high prices then go here. I wouldn’t recommend based on the portions. Not worth your hard earned money. There’s other places that sell great quesabirrias with bigger portions at cheaper prices.

My family and I ate at McPherson Tacolare last week. We came specifically for the tacos de tripa, since they aren’t sold everywhere, and they were delicious. The service was quick, the space was clean, and the staff was great.
I also want to mention that I accidentally left my purse there that night, which contained my passport. The staff went out of their way to track me down and coordinate a pickup.
I definitely recommend this location for great tacos and superb service!

Tortilla chips available (self serve). Ordered Tripa Taco Combo which comes with 4 crispy tripa tacos en harina (maiz is optional),1 taco de chicharrón prensado, frijoles charros and the drink. Tripa Tacos was awesome, good taste, green salsa with cilantro and red salsa are delicious not too spicy just right. Chicharrón prensado taco was good but different style compared to other places. Also ordered 2 tacos chicken fajita & 2 bistekqueso tacos all In harina and they were ok. Cilantro & Cebolla included in every others. Place was clean, fresh but limited seating. Will visit again soon.

I dined on a Tuesday at 3:30pm. I ordered 4 tacos al pastor on flour tortillas.
Pros: Juicy, crispy pastor meat. Tasty sauces. Quick, friendly service. Good price since I got the combo which has a free drink and frijoles charros. Free, self-serve chips included.
Cons: Fountain drink came out watery, hardly any syrup. Only two kinds of sauce. Flour tortillas were okay, I should have gotten the corn ones in retrospect but that’s on me.
