My daughter and I visited Taco Cat for the first time. The short of long is that we could come back. I suggest the following (1) come on Taco Tuesday. The tacos are more tapas style; so those aficionados of Mexican cuisine may struggle with the individual pricing, even though the cost is fair (2) if you order a non-taco – WARNING it comes with chips so ordering chips and salsa or queso as a side is a waste. [Side note- I just consider it “blasphemy” for any place that serves Mexican cuisine to charge for chips and salsa ♀️ ♀️). So just order a side of queso. (3) the pineapple margarita is meh…so I passed on ordering another. (4) my daughter loved loved loved the chicken burrito (she never eats all her food and did). (5) the birria tacos were my ultimate favorite (with the chicken being my least favorite) and (6) see Shania – she gave very good service!

Went here on a whim on a Friday for a no notice type of going away for a coworker. Started out a handful of us and ended up about 20. The place didn’t skip a beat, we were welcomed with open arms as they opened.
Food: Excellent we all had different types of things from wings, to tacos, to my Burrito Cat. All of our meals were great. Mine was nice and tasteful, well seasoned and arrived quickly for the rush we put on them.
Service: Excellent, we were greeted as we arrived by a host at a reception type desk, she and our waitress were equally friendly and polite. Our waitresses customer service and recommendations were on point and she was so attentive filling drinks as they emptied and kept asking if we were good.
Ambiance: Welcoming environment, with a laid back feel. Modern hipster diner vibes, full bar, booth seating and outdoor dining. Good for a work lunch, date night or family meal. It looked like they also hosted live bands at night also. Will check it out again.

Nice ambience outside with heaters. Waitress was very attentive. Service was quick. Queso taste like Velveeta. Green Salsa and Guacamole were pretty tasty. Fish tacos were cute, but the fish was dry and tasteless. Chicken Wings… disrespectful. No seasoning, Not a piece of salt or pepper on them. The sauce did not assist them.

I’ve been here a number of times and every time I’m hoping it’s going to be better but it never is. Unfortunately I had the pork belly burrito and there was almost no flavor if it wasn’t for the green salsa I would have hated it more. There was a big party in the back so getting anything out to our table was almost too long to be acceptable. While I understand what pork belly is, it was so tough you had to rip it to bite into the burrito. And it was so tiny compared to the price, it unfortunately isn’t worth going back. This is not a great example of this group of companies as their other restaurants are so much better.

Just came to Taco Cat with my mom. The food was great, but what really made our experience was our server, Van. He was patient, super nice, and helped us decide what to order. Very attentive service. Highly recommend asking for Van! Loved the dad rock

My husband and I had a splendid time at Tacocat this afternoon with our 4 month old. The hybrid indoor/outdoor eatery is gorgeous inside. The disco ball kept our infant very happy throughout most of the duration of our meal.
We tried the pork belly taco and the quesabirria–both were delicious. I honestly would’ve loved the birria to be slightly more spicy, but otherwise, it was delicious. The authentic Mexican coca colas with lime were very refreshing and my husband loved his margarita.
We also love that this place has a social media presence where we can check to see if there will be any live music in the future. We will return! Thanks again, guys!

Servers are very friendly. Prices are a little high for what you get, but it is nonetheless good. If you’re wanting authentic Mexican, this isn’t the place. But if you want good tacos, tortas, etc. it is a good spot to take people in town.

So easy to get to. Great atmosphere and seating options. We went during lunch, but looks like it would be a fun evening hangout too. Waitress was delightful. My 2 sisters and I shared the platter and some queso and chips and left full. Will definitely come back!

But what was even better was the service we had a lovely waitress named Cadence who was excellent server . Attentive , friendly and truly a pleasure to be served by her. We’ll def return and ask for her again.

Its my second stop and it was just as good as the first. Decent beer selection and the margaritas where delicious. We had the chips with 2 salsas and the 8 taco platter (the pic doesn’t do it justice, it looked ridiculously big for 2 people but in a cool way). Way to much food for 2 but we really wanted to try them all. We asked for the cauliflower taco with no feta for our vegan daughter (not present). The waitress was on point with a Togo box and NO feta, wow that was awesome. All the tacos we ate where delicious even the Americana. The shrimp and pork are awesome but the birra wins big. Ill definitely be going back. Im not sure of the young lady’s name that waited on us but she was very helpful and adorable to boot. Thanks for a great dinner
