I stopped in to get a breakfast burrito this morning. When I pulled up to the drive through I was politely greeted by the Drive through attendant with a wonderful attitude. When I pulled up to the window she was filling the ice machine next to the drive through window and some heavy buckets but had a smile on her face. Angela has been the best fast food attendant that I’ve dealt within a long time.

Went by during 4pm, they got my order wrong twice, forgot to put my food in the bag, the fries were insanely salty. My quesadilla was burnt. I asked for my burrito toasted and they didn’t toast it.This was the worst service I’ve had from any taco villa in Lubbock. I will definitely not be going to this location.

We don’t have these in the D/FW area, and it makes me sad. But since I have family in Lubbock, I’m fortunate to get here a couple times a year. We never miss an opportunity to eat at TV as many times as we can during our visit.
This visit to us to the store at Quaker & the Loop. We hit it just on our way out of town.
It was early so they weren’t busy at all. The same atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, plus the great food was waiting for us as usual!!

I came in this afternoon for a quick lunch you guys did not disappoint. Kathrine greeted me quickly and took my order, she even tried too upsell items to me! I wasn’t trying too get full just needed a snack, loved the way she made it personal by bringing me my food and even said “enjoy Micheal”

Restaurant and restrooms are always clean. Food is prepared quickly and always fresh. Best sweet tea. Customer service is good. Drive thru is pretty fast. Condiment area is always stocked. And fresh salsa bar is fresh and full.
