Very unprofessional! I booked this food truck for my wedding a year in advance. Time, date, and location were discussed multiple times. They ended up forgetting the day and showed up an hour late. Never once spoke to us day of, or apologized. When I messaged and asked if we could at least receive our down payment back, she read my message and blocked me. Highly upset with this service!

The first time I tried them they were so good, the best I’ve had in Fredericksburg. Sadly I went there 5 more times after that and the tacos weren’t like the first visit. Replace the cooking oil more often and don’t leave meat in the refrigerator too many days. Wish I knew which days are fresh so I could stop for more.

Absolutely positively the most amazing tacos I have ever had. Only been going there for about a week… and I may have eaten over 40 tacos in that time. Mayra and here staff do an incredible job . Everything is fresh and delicious. Hours are great and pricing is extremely reasonable.

This taco truck is an absolute TREASURE!! 100% authentic street tacos. I LOVE the tacos asada and tacos lengua. The rice and beans are also super legit. I’ve been here 3 times in 2 weeks. I’m gonna go broke at this place. I HIGHLY recommend this spot!

Absolutely my favorite tacos. I’ve only gotten one thing and it’s the chicken taco. It’s so simple but amazing. I’ve never had a problem with the food nor the service. Only issue is finding the truck.

These are the most authentic tacos and papusas I’ve ever had in Fredericksburg. I am obsessed with the curtido as well. I love Mayra and her team so much. She is so sweet and so is everyone else that works there. I can honestly say this troca is a gem. I will never stop coming here.

I’ve only been here twice, the first time I got a chicken tostada and it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted, I went back tonight and got the same thing, and sadly have to say I wish I would’ve went elsewhere. The chicken was so dry I could barely eat it (& I trashed the whole thing) when I spend money on food I expect it to be hot and fresh. I’m not impressed with whoever made it this go around, not sure if I’ll be back.
