Niah was very friendly and helpful with our ordering. Made sure to tell us the deals they were offering and was a very pleasant person. The lady making our food was also very kind and did her absolute best making our food and cared about the details. The food was fresh and tasted very good. We don’t have a taco time in Ellensburg so making this stop was well worth it.

Prices on menu board were not the same as what was charged. I was refunded the difference but it has been this way for a very long time. Employees are friendly and try to do a good job. Food was made to order and tasted good. I miss the fresh chopping bar that was in existence before covid. Since this is no longer available in any Taco Time I have visited post Covid, prices should reflect this lack of option.

The lady that took our order, who I assume is also the one that was at the window and took our money and gave us our food, sounded very friendly, was extremely polite, and actually ended up knowing my boyfriend personally. So they quickly caught up with each other about how family members were doing, how work was going, and the positive direction of everyone’s life in general. All in all, it was a pretty good experience. The food here is more expensive than other similar fast food places, but as far as that goes, I believe that you get what you pay for and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the food that I’ve received at this chain, even with the higher price point…… With all that being said…….. Unfortunately, there was a mistake this time, though. We had ordered four sides of ranch dressing to go with the chicken taco salad also ordered…….. but only ONE was actually included, and yes, we were charged for all four. ♀️

I have a book study on Monday nights and so I went to the Taco Time on Yakima. Avenue and it was closed already at 520 so I went to the 16th. The nob hill. You have a special 3 tacos for $7. And so because it’s a special, you don’t do a senior discount which is fine, but I asked. For no lettuce, add onions and my tacos are loaded with lettuce. I asked for hot sauce. I got 3 tacos and one hot sauce. Not very happy with the taco time on sixteenth and nob hill

Pathetic!
If me ordering there is such drag for you I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to never go there because service is awful.

First time at a taco time. I stopped by because it was on my way to school. I pulled up to the window and no response. I called the restaurant twice and finally got a hold of an employee. I was told I needed to drive around again in order for the employee to take my order, that the proper way to place my order was to speak my order into a reader board even though I was already at the window. Disappointing experience.

I order here frequently, recently the service has gone downhill fast. The female employee working the drive thru was outside talking to a guy in a truck. There were 2 customers in the store waiting and myself at the drive thru. She came over the speaker and in a VERY rude voice said “I HOPE YOU KNOW IT WILL BE A MINUTE” I said that was fine and she proceeded to take my order about 2 mins later. She was very annoyed by what I ordered (form what her voice sounded like it seemed) I guess 2 items was a “big order” when I finally got my order she practically threw my bag at me without asking if I had wanted any sauce or anything. SMH. The owner needs to do something about her. This used to be our GO TO spot. ☹️ hoping it gets resolved quickly! As long as she’s there, we won’t go back. (Also the day before I pulled into the drive thru 25 min before they closed, 3 employees were outside messing around and that same lady went inside and said WE ARE CLOSED) very sad about this.

The food is good and the taste is consistent with other Taco Time’s but their bean burritos are very small. If they are not busy after they give you your food they go back to the office and it’s hard to get their attention if you need something. This is not specific to this restaurant because I have had the same experience at other Taco Time’s.

Went to the drive thru and this older lady was picking up little with one hand and smoking a cigarette with the other. She had on a headset and started to take my order from outside.. no joke. Welcome to Taco Time in her smokers voice.. I placed my order, not knowing she was actually going to be the one that hands me my food. As soon as I placed my order from the menu board outside, I proceeded to the drive up window. As I passed the back door area, the woman took a large puff of her smoke and by the time I got to the window in my truck, she was there handing me my drink with her yellow old nails touching the top part of my drink where you put your lips. She had ZERO TIME to was her hands, so she touched my food with smokers / parking lot litter fingers. GROSS! I was immediately grossed out. I wanted to say something but I didn’t want to have a confrontation with the woman. I went right to the garbage and dropped my entire bag in it and went to Chipotle. I wrote the corporate office for Taco Time but they didn’t respond. I guess the customers don’t matter for things like this.
