I’ve always loved taco time, but last night I visited this location and I now have really really bad food poisoning. 🙁 I got a chicken fit hit bowl at 9:30pm 1/16/26. I’m not posting this to get anyone in trouble, but I tried to call and warn them something was wrong and couldn’t get through, probably because it was the weekend. I just don’t want anyone else to get sick, I still love taco time. No one else in my family got sick, I was the only one who had chicken, rice, and pico.

My husband & I stopped here at 9pm not knowing they were trying to get out of there or if they were closed, doors were unlocked but the guys had shitty attitudes. People shouldnt support this place and if they don’t like their job then quit. And items on their menu being seasonal without us knowing or it posted up. They were very rude just because they wanted to get off work. We will not ever go back there again or support their business n this location til they get better customer service.

Went with gf to Taco time to help her deliver food, and get myself something. The food was good, but they didn’t let her use the restroom until she picked up the food. I don’t know why they’d want you to bring the food into the restroom. Gross. Lol. They said it’s policy to confirm the food pickup before the restroom could be used.

We stopped in for lunch, it wasn’t busy for dining in however the drive-thru had several cars(approx 6). Our order was ready before we had chance to pick a table after ordering. Very quick service. My soft beef taco was good, but slightly messy, and the mexi-fries also good, but that is always the case. I especially like their ranch sauce. There was a domestic situation happening outside which was getting attention from employees & other patrons. It made me feel uncomfortable watching this unfold.

This is what the food actually looks like. This was a $10 combo meal. Taco Time has gone seriously downhill. That burrito was about as wide as my thumb and had nothing but “beef” (soy) and unmelted cheese. The service was good, but the food was awful.

My husband came through the drive thru around 740, asking for one of each sauces to go with our dinner he was picking up. Upon arriving home he told me this story about how the employee who helped him snapped at him while he asked for some extra sauces. I am extremely sad to hear this as this is my favorite Taco Time. My husband said he doesn’t feel comfortable returning to this location.
