We bought 2 beef taco salads and they were so disappointing normally food is decent this time I was like what happened! The chips were so stale and gross the taco salads were disgusting and sad barely anything. Meat had no flavor barely anything in the bowl bland mine went into the trash after1 bite total let down 🙁

We’ve been going to Taco Bell for 40 years and this was the first bad meal We’ve ever had. The tortillas were old and hard. There was nearly NO meat in the burritos, the tater tots were not fresh. My chicken burrito had seriously 2 little chunks of chicken, chunks meaning the size of the end of my pink finger. The rest was a white sauce, maybe sourced, honestly not sure. Beyond disappointing. With the high prices we expect delicious quality food. I hope this isn’t a trend for all locations. If you drive a large truck the drive thru is not made for it.

I will give this place zero stars!!!! They saw me get out of my car in the parking lot, (i was the only car in the lot and nobody in the drive thru area) said hello to me and ignored me when I was at the counter for a good 5 minutes. As workers where walking by me I was looked at with no acknowledgement until the same person walked by me for the 3rd time and said “oh, someone will be right with you.” Then I got the same sentence from 2 other people. I don’t understand how service for customers has gotten so horrible in restaurants. I was so mad about being dismissed as a customer I left without ordering and went to the lakewood establishment where I got superb quick service and they where packed!

Long wait in drive through and there were only 2 cars. I had to specify 3 times no cheese (alergic) got to window and Autumn was freaking out at the person ordering, then put her hands to her head and hair and was rude when I asked for salsa. AND there was cheese on every item I ordered. She hadn’t even put it on the ticket that I said no cheese. So I had to throw away part of my lunch. AND it was ice COLD.
Very disappointed. Didn’t have time to go back because I I was at lunch.

Consistent with all other taco time locations. Thee indoor seems recently renovated. Very nice location with big Flatscreens for menus. Good place to go for a quick bite.

My order was completely unsatisfactory. I ordered two crispy beef burritos which are six bucks each after tax and ask them to be freshly cooked right out of the fryer I’m happy to wait the 6 minutes that it takes. Instead my food is up pretty much instantly and I get too soggy warm what they call refried meaning that they drop the burritos that are already cooked back in the oil to heat them up.. extremely disappointed in the fact that when they went to replace the meal they did the exact same thing only these were a little bit hotter then what I can only assume is the manager comes up and practically elbow checks me from behind while I’m sitting at the counter and asked me if everything’s okay.. super disappointed to say the least

I used the drive thru for my order. Staff was friendly, no issues there. I ordered 1 soft beef taco with extra cheese. Paid, received my taco. When I took the taco out of the bag, it was cold, not like it was at one point hot and now it had cooled off, but ice cold. I could actually feel the coldness through the wrapper. Completely unable to eat this taco. Very disappointing and such a waste of money.
