We absolutely love Taco Time. After giving up on the other taco chains we finally found somewhere to satisfy that craving. Their chicken soft burritos are amazing and we love the beef tacos. Offering tots is also a favorite and I love dipping them in the hot sauce. A huge thanks to everyone that works there and can’t wait to try the fish tacos and burritos next.

The older lady with dark hair and glasses ~40+yrs old working on 10:30am November 15, 2025 is incredibly rude to customers unprovoked. I decided on my way home I was going to put in a taco time order through the app, so I did once I arrived and selected drive thru. As I approached the mic I told her I had a mobile order for Tyler, to which she replied: “okay I just got that, so it’s going to be a while” assertively. I replied: “okay thank you” and approached the window, drive through was empty mind you. She came up to the window immediately and motioned me to roll down my window. She said: “can you park in front and come inside, it messes up our times when people input orders on the app and just chill in the drive through.” I told her: “well I selected drive through on the app, plus there’s nobody here so it shouldn’t matter”. She replied assertively again: “sir, I just explained to you why. Now please park in front.” I replied: “so you want me to get out of my car and come wait inside when I came through the drive through?” She replied: “yes, better yet I’ll bring it out to you.” I said: “okay fine”. So I wait, she comes out about 5-10min later (still empty drive through), comes to my window still in anger and immediately starts going on about how taco time has standards and explaining to me why I had to get out of the drive through because it runs up their time. I don’t see how thats my problem? I asked her, now if I didn’t choose to use the app and select drive through for pickup as i did, and chose to order through the mic and speaker, would it be okay for me then to use the drive through and wait for me i order? That statement made her stumble, but she said yes. I finally ask her to hand me my food because I dont need a long story/excuse for the behavior and would just like to leave. She hands it to me aggressively and and starts stomping back to the door, as she was opening it she yelled “you’re an asshole!” And went inside.
This behavior is something I’d expect from a toddler, not a mature woman. Im a customer, I never once gave her grief or called her names or gave her attitude. This behavior of hers was entirely unprovoked, I feel sorry for the coworkers and even more sorry for them if she is their leader. Will absolutely not be coming back. I never contact corporate about bad customer service, but I think in this case it’s justified.

Ordered a taco salad… no taste, zero flavor and bunch of cheese and the TACOS WERE MISSING.. so then what makes it a taco salad if the tacos are missing. So technically all I got was a bowl full of cheese, and the chicken that was in there tasted like rubber.. and again… ZERO FLAVOR. So basically I wasted my money on a bowl full of cheese. If you want to waste your money and your time- this is your place. If you want good food, and get the food you ordered and if you care about your time..THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE.
I don’t know how they can get such a simple order wrong.. just follow directions people and pay attention at what you doing. It’s very simple.

We ordered fiesta meals and churro’s. Fiesta meal consist of a hard taco, crisp burrito, lettuce salad, beans and cheese with tostada chips. Choose your meat, beef, chicken or refried beans. Churro’s are just a delicious cinnamon and sugar desert that taste just like the Disneyland churro

I kept smelling fried fish and fried shrimp. I found it. I don’t really care for tacos but was happy that they allowed just the fish and shrimp as a side. But no cocktail sauce. The darker one is shrimp I was expecting small pieces of shrimp like popcorn shrimp so getting them as 1 long one. I will admit though the smell of them cooking are better than what they taste like. The shrimp one kind of left a funky flavor in the back of my mouth. I would have given it three stars but the lady inside was nice . It says her name was Charlize.
I find it crazy how Google says I can add up to 50 photos you think adding 50 photos in a review is a little excessive wouldn’t you I guess unless you’re doing like an amusement park and you’re going to take a photo of every ride
