Shoutout to Taco Time NW because this location never misses.
Corey and her staff are consistently amazing. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I can honestly say I’ve never had an issue with my order. Food is always fresh, hot, and made right, and the customer service is on point every single time.
Also, everybody needs to try what I call “The Kev”: a crisp chicken burrito placed right in the center of a beef soft taco. Trust me. It’s elite. Don’t ask questions, just do it.
Last Saturday night with the launch of the new Late Night Eats menu? Flawless. The team was locked in, moving fast, handling the rush like pros, and everything came out perfect. No stress, no attitude, just solid service and great food.
This is one of those spots where you can tell the staff actually cares. If you’re in the area and not stopping here, you’re missing out.

The staff are very nice! The girl who took my order at the front counter was very sweet. Restaurant was clean and my food came fast! So fast I was unsure of the quality at first.. but wow. Fresh as it could get! My only issue is the hole in the ceiling, the ceiling pimple as my son called it, is quite an eye sore. I can only assume it was from the flooding last month, but I’d think it should be fixed by now!

I love taco time in general but I recently went inside to eat here and noticed the lobby was severely neglected in cleanliness.. all the tables needed to be wiped down and swept under.. the soda machine had gunk all around it on top of possibly mold or residue around the metal trays.. I definitely felt unpleasant after eating here. Not to mention they have leaks all around the inside of the lobby..

This location is always better than other ones I’ve been to. The quality and taste of the food is better. I always get the same order which is the chicken soft taco meal, but today I decided to try something different so I ordered a crisp beef burrito. After I took a bite I noticed I got a chicken burrito in a bag labeled beef. Still ate it though cause it was still good so I can’t be too upset.

I accidentally ordered ahead to the wrong location in the app and the staff members were so kind and helpful to contact the other location and make the food for us instead. Wife asked for no cheese. Even asked and made sure dressing was dairy free. They still put cheese on it. Can’t eat it now. They need a new system to ensure this doesn’t keep happening. Which it has before.

This is the nicest Taco Time I’ve ever been in. It’s extremely clean and looks relatively new and updated. The food was good (you can’t ever really go wrong with a Taco Time) and the staff were helpful. We got to meet the GM Corey and she was super friendly!

Whenever I visit Washington, this is a must stop for me. This franchise location in particular is off the charts when it comes to quality food made fresh, clean, eating environment and the friendliest staff of any retail establishment I’ve been to….
Example tonight, I only get up here about once a year for a quick weekend, and I accidentally ordered the wrong mini meal so the cashier made me a deal and cooked up a fresh crispy bean burrito for me on the house even though the ordering error was my fault
