Not a lot of effort in spreading the ingredients out in soft tacos. Also my order was the wrong order. Now the negative stuff is out of the way. I found that the staff was friendly and would make everything right and the food quality is still very high compared to any other fast food. restaurant around. I don’t even mind giving them a tip through the app because I believe these people deserve it. I asked the employees at the line if they actually received the tips and they said yes. I never worked in fast food so it can’t really judge them harshly. I imagine it’s super hot. UPDATE: My order was messed up again. My wife did not ask for jalapeños on her soft tacos

Greeted quickly, food came out quickly and was what we ordered. Everything was hot and fresh. It is fast food so obviously it is not the same as an authentic Mexican meal but is far superior in quality when compared to taco bell.

Food is somehow always terrible but usually they get it in the bag at least but not this time. The cashier and her co worker were too busy arguing about BS to get either of our tacos in the bag. Both the soft taco and the crisp taco were missing and the food we did receive was half burnt. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the on duty manager but you can’t get through to talk to anyone. I expect a refund for the missing and inedible food.

It’s almost funny how bad this location is compared to others. Maybe you’ll get your order, maybe someone else’s, maybe nothing, or maybe you’ll get your food burnt black and crispy. It’s really a toss up. Unfortunately you’ll have to pay for it regardless, so it’s like a really crappy lottery. Can’t recommend it

This is the first time I’ve been to Taco Time in years. The food was actually pretty fresh and really satisfied me. I wish the “tater fries” had more flavoring than either just salt or hot and spicy.
I’m a bit conflicted rating the service. There are monitors there where you can place your order, but there was a guy there at one console who seemed friendly when he was there. On the one hand, you get precision placing it yourself, but since I tend to rate service primarily on personality, there’s not much I can say.
Very clean and modern decor. Comfortable. I’d definitely go again, though, when I get a craving for tacos…the fresh ingredients are leaps beyond its “Bell” competition.
