This Taco Time has Christmas Lights and I like that. I eat here at least 2 to 6 times a month. Always fresh with polite employees. I did notice that they are leasing a giant heater due to the HVAC System failing. No problem because the employees are always polite and respectful. They might be cold though?

Generally okay, but multiple times now I have ordered chicken burritos and they have been replaced with different burritos in bags labeled chicken. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies, but a waste of time and money!

Typically, food comes out cold and order is missing items. Tried telling the employee working but all she said was “sorry”. She didn’t try to make my order right. Most employees here at this location are rude and don’t care about the order. Did also reach out to Taco Time headquarters but nobody ever reaches out. Completely disrespectful and disappointing all around. Taco Time is stealing your money. Go somewhere else.

When your fast food meals costs nearly $20 per person (after tax), it sets some extremely high expectations. This just basic American-Mexican food and I’m not sure why anyone would come back. You get better flavor for cheaper price at the Chipotle less than a mile away, and you get a more authentic Mexican experience just as fast with way more variety for about the same price at Taqueria El Gallo which is just up the street a few blocks.
I paid $40 for two combo meals! I coulda taken my wife out to tipsy cow for a real sit down date at those prices! And to top it off they forgot my hot sauces, so I am paying a premium cost for not even the most basic of services.

I specifically told them I was allergic to avocado and requested no guacamole or avocado in my burrito. They acknowledged my allergy, but it was still included in my order. Thankfully, I noticed it before taking a bite and was able to avoid a severe reaction, I only needed to take Benedryl instead of using my EpiPen. This was really scary and could have been much worse. Please be very careful if you have food allergies.

I have had Taco time multiple times. It is always filling and the price is reasonable, though it has crept up a bit in recent times . There is a good variety in the enchilada platters and my kids like the tortilla chips and tater fries. If you are in Redmond , stop by here for a quick, filling meal!

I ordered a pickup of Casita Burrito and a kids crispy burrito. The food was prepared as per promised time and staff was courteous. The highlight was the price which was good for wholesome meal. The taste was good and ingredients were fresh. I would go here on days I feel I need to save some money and time.

Stopped here for a quick drive-through order for lunch on our way home. Service was very good, and the guy at the window was friendly. Food was made quickly and to order, everything was right. Burritos were well filled and tasty! Tater tots were large and tasty!
