Stopped by with my family for lunch today. Was greeted immediately with smiles and a “welcome in”. We had no idea what we wanted and did not feel rushed to order at all. The staff was happy and good at there jobs. The food was hot and fresh. The tables and floor were clean. Nice soft rock playing on the stereo. I prefer this location over the downtown location.

I placed a fairly small order in the drive through. I usually check the order before I drive off, but tonight I thought I’d trust everything was there. When I got home I found that a crisp meat burrito was missing. I drove back down there, went inside and informed them. They threw a burrito into the fryer and pulled it out, tossed it in a bag and handed it to me. No apology, only a “be careful its hot”. I drove back home to my now cold food. I know mistakes happen. This store seems to be notorious for it though. At least apologize for it! They gave me literally 30

When I was Young I Worked at a Taco Time (Not in this State) Aside from a Few New Items on the Menu, Its Like Going Back in Time (Just the Atmosphere) Had Crispy Bean Burritos, and a Mexi Fry Made the Same as When I worked at One (Of Course Alot More Money) The Staff was Very Friendly, and Talkative. Enjoyed the Food If your in the Area, Its Worth the Visit

I ordered a beef soft taco it had very little beef and a lot of beans, I have been eating at taco time for 40 years and the beef soft doesn’t have beans on it. Besides the fact that I think the items are over priced and not as good as it was in the past. Usually when I have a disappointing experience I avoid that establishment for some time in the future.

I’ve seen the staff work. They seem to look friendly and doing there work. Haven’t been able to try them because the doors are never opened for dining in inside there lobby. So that’s why I rated as I did with the stars

Went to order was told to hold on no biggy, then I was asked for my order then told to hold on again. Then asked for my order again, then asked to hold on again. Then asked to repeat my order 3 times so I said never mind I’m good and drove off. As I drove by the pick up window the 3 guys was just standing there bs-ing doing nothing. I won’t be back. This was a very stupid experience.
