I love Taco Time, have been eating there at several locations, for over 40 years. They are definitely worth the price, and I’m so glad that they have continued to have such great food and service. They promptly took my order, made my order, and everything was wonderful. They got my order exactly like I had requested, including the additional ranch and hot sauce that I had requested. I’ve never been disappointed by this Taco Time, and am so glad I stopped there for my dinner.

The new breakfast menu is worth a drive thru. So far we’ve tried the Country Breakfast Burrito which has country style sausage gravy in it and the Egg and Potato Breakfast Burrito. We loved them both. The eggs were tender and the Mexi-fries crisp. Great breakfast on the go.
And, there are some great people working there:)
Edited: It depends on the day, I guess. The mexi fries we got on a Saturday were crushed to bits and fried hard as rocks. And the large mexi fries cost as much as the breakfast burrito! This debacle will definitely prevent us from going back for a very long time:/

I’ve always loved Taco Time; they use real ingredients. However, what I don’t particularly care for is the service. I feel like every time I go, they forget some of my items. This last time, when they did, I called back to inform them I would just come back for a refund the next day. Then Maddie, their supervising manager, informed me that she would not give me a refund for this and instead I would have to speak with their manager (I worked the same position as her for the same owner years before and knew this wasn’t the case). She then tried to hang up the phone on me when I asked if I could come in and get my refund the same night (since I didn’t get my food). I’m not sure why she tried hanging up on me, considering the fact I wasn’t yelling, cursing, or being rude; however, she did have an attitude towards me that wasn’t appreciated especially given the fact that they still owe me money back.

We always stop to eat here anytime we’re near Roseburg. The location where we live closed but it wasn’t ever as good as this location. Favorites include the crispy meat burrito, taco cheeseburger with onions, and the stuffed fries (tots). This location is old but very clean. Today I witnessed the manager working with a new employee and saw him training and discussing food safety. The staff was communicating and working hard to keep the orders moving. Our order came out hot, fresh, and fast. Looking forward to the next time we’re in the area.

Parking lot has weird layout; presenting issues for wheelchair users.
Food was excellent, above average for Taco Time itself.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, orders were exactly as desired even when adding or deleting items.
Wheelchairs must travel through the drive thru traffic to enter restaurant. Other impediments for wheelchairs to enter the building due to age of building and local geography’s affect on parking design.
Bathroom is outside and is not wheelchair accessible (it’s even too small for some walkers, which would need to be left unattended outdoors while using the toilet). Because of bathroom location you can’t leave door open without everyone using drive thru, so you can’t keep eye on mobility equipment left outside. Lots of traffic going by the bathroom doors (pedestrian and cars). Had to ask someone to watch mobility equipment for me while urinating. Very embarrassing and dangerous for disabled users.

When I ordered the taco burger I asked for extra sauce little cheese add onions. It came out dry nothing on it but meat. I live to far from Roseburg. So I just can’t take it right back. I tried to call them no answer.

8 years ago: not bad fish tacos.
5 years ago: terrible fish tacos.
11-2024: Just awful Beef Burrito combo meal. Price much higher than online menu.

We went to-the Roseburg Taco Time Restaurant and ordered some $7 menu items of 2 tacos a burrito and a drink per person. The soft tacos were stuck to the wrapping , we ate them but a customer should get better food preparation than this, first time here and it was not good period and there were only 3 customers in the restaurant at the time, no excuse that it was busy. It was overcooked or microwaved, everything was melted together. I wouldn’t serve food in this condition to anyone.

Nostalgic for me since my very 1st job was at a taco time years ago. The veggie burrito is my go to (I sub guacamole for the sour cream) and it’s one of the few places you can still get something for a couple bucks.

Our favorite place to stop every time we pass through Roseburg. One of the few left in Oregon!
