It’s always an unpleasant experience going to this place because the wait is so long, the employees aren’t even there half the time, and when someone finally shows up, it’s always just one person and they’re clearly not happy to be there. If there are other customers, have a seat, it’s going to be a while. TacoTime was the first and only fast food job I had when I was a kid. So I go here once in a while to get a couple of burritos. Today I ordered a couple bean and cheese burritos. When I got home and opened the bag I was shocked at what I saw. They look like baseballs. They’re almost completely round, less than 4 inches in length. I opened them up for a closer look and they’re cold. The tortilla is like shoe leather, cold hard and dry and crispy on the edges. Opening it up, the paltry portion of beans is hard, dry and old — so old that they have that nasty gummy texture that forms when beans are left to sit out, uncovered for a long period of time. The fact that I paid over $16 for this sorry excuse for food is a crime. My bad. I’m not going back ever again.

Tried Taco Time for the first time. Saw some social media videos about their crispy burritos. This Taco Time sits inside of a TA truck stop. I was surprised to see the price on these rolled taquito style tacos made with flour tortillas. The crispy meat one was $5.69 and the crispy Bean. One was at $4.99.

The service was extremely crappy here. I waited almost 10 minutes just to be tended to it. Took them a little bit more time to prepare the food, but I knew it was being cooked to order so I didn’t care. I was completely okay with that.

I feel like these items are considered more like a appetizer, snack type of food and the price them out that high. It’s like price gouging.

Tried both burritos and had the green and the hot sauce. The for the sides they were okay but the the crispy Bean burrito turned out to be more tastier than the crispy meat. The crispy meat burrito had like no flavor to it.

It was okay but it wasn’t nothing to scream about. I probably won’t come back to this place again. I just think that the price for the fast food is just way too high.

For a fast food service, we were deeply touched at Aaliyah’s care & professionalism servicing us. Aaliyah was the only person working. She was so patient with us, we never felt rushed, took our order, helping us with questions as we were unfamiliar with Taco Time. Then she went in the back & made our food. Even when we were eating she came to check if everything was okay. Cleaned tables. This woman will go places! So impressed with her! We ordered the soft taco which was huge. And delicious. Also ordered the Big Juan Meat Burrito & a Crisp Taco. Amazed how stuffed these shells were!

The older woman that works there is consistently horrible. We have had to wait each visit for any acknowledgement, regardless what she is doing. Today she told me that she is unable to take orders while orders are in progress. Apparently she is also unable to greet guests, say “I will be with you in a moment” or something of the ilk. This behavior does not instill confidence in the care and cleanliness and general healthfulness of the preparation of the food. Taco Time has long been a favorite, we cross town to go to the only one in the area. This location, in its current state, is no longer worth it. I will try again in July. I hope that the service improves.

Shockingly terrible place to eat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You are seriously better starving instead of eating here. It literally took 10 minutes to place an order. No one else was in line. They just ignored us. After having eaten here I 100% understand why no one else was in line. I’m literally awestruck by how bad the service is at this location. Avoid, avoid avoid!

I came in no one to be seen , I asked at Burger King if some one was working at Taco Time they ignored me. Finally a girl came up front with her ear pods in and in her phone I thought maybe she worked there as she had a taco time shirt on. She was super rude and acted out out that she had to wait on me. I would have left but I drove across town to eat here. So disappointing worse service ever. Still do not have my food .

After leaving a scathing review (and 1 ⭐) of a previous visit to a Taco Time, we are thrilled to review that not all Taco Time’s serve nasty food!
The Taco Time in the TA in Vegas gets 5⭐’s! Dominique took our order and prepared our meals.
Friendly, knowledge and quick!
2 burritos, a side of rice, a quesadilla, and large fries. All well prepared and served hot!
Thank you Dominique for restoring our faith in Taco Time! Great customer service!

Worst service I have ever received! Workers literally ignored us for a very long time when nobody was in line. We had to ask if they were opened. Our 4 year old granddaughter spilled her drink. Apparently that is not allowed in this establishment. Even though the employees didn’t seem to be doing anything they just put up the wet floor signs rather than cleaning it up. A little while later the worker started yelling hey you at somebody and when we didn’t respond immediately came over and asked us if we spoke English! He then proceed to tell us to watch our children or he was going to kick us out. They were just sitting there. The only thing they had done was spill a drink accidentally. Even the other customer sitting next to us was shocked and said they were not doing anything. Of course how would the employee know. They were too busy hanging out in the back ignoring customers. I really like Taco Time food but will not be back to this location.

Customer service is so poor. Employees ignore you standing waiting to order. Eye roll and rude. She definitely hates her job and it shows.

We eat Taco time a couple times a month. They are the only location in las Vegas so you’d think their standards would be up to par. The only good worker they have is the Hispanic lady who is there 90% of the time. When she isn’t there they borrow the lazy kids from burger king next door who could care less if my order is correct, if they made it right, or whether they were even trained to work at Taco time. Who knows?! I can tell you that their menu items are not cheap either. That said- if I’m spending almost $5 for one taco & I get at least 3tacos for 4people the cost is over $50.00! That’s not including sides or drinks…..I don’t mind paying for quality tacos, whatever the price is, no problem. I dunno when the last time you changed the oil in your fryers, but the oil is bad! Last but NOT least– you need to lower your prices or fire those lazy kids that gave me tacos that look like this !!! Wow, right?!
