Had call in to make sure my friend was telling me truth. The manger at your store took the order. No meat on nachos…you need better manger if he is the reflections of your employees. I won’t be coming back. Please train your store manger to do their jobs. Not to mention it so drown in red sauce.

One of the best taco times I’ve been to! The food was fresh and warm, they packed my crisp taco with lots of meat and a generous amount of sour cream, and the man at the drive thru was nice. I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area

If you want the drive through you have to turn into a driveway on the statestreet side. The order menu is right by the side walk, then there’s a 90 degree turn and a slight backup to get to the window. Aside from being tight quarters it’s everything you can ever hope for from a Taco Time. Great quality, and while I miss the chicken soft taco, the chicken Ranchero has really grown on me, crispy cabbage, great flavors, delicious chicken. Their tortillas are, a-ma-zing.

So I really liked coming to this taco time but lately I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. The food just isn’t good anymore. I gave them another chance tonight crossing my fingers that I would have a nice dinner. WRONG! Ordered a crisp taco, taco burger and mexi fries. The fries were sooooo salty and so old. They were completely dried out. Drive back to get new fries. Once I got home I opened my taco burger to only find the stalest burger EVER! I choked down 2 bites. Couldn’t eat anymore. The fries…. still bad! So I go all the way back for a refund and unfortunately this will be my last time visiting this location. Do better taco time! This is NOT the first time I’ve had problems and it’s becoming an issue for your customers. I’m extremely disappointed.

I stopped going here for a while. Because I was being overcharged and then I saw that one day when I came in with a friend that the same people aren’t working there anymore.
I ordered an Uber today because I was really tired and I had a really long week. I had to end up going back for my sides because one they wouldn’t answer the phone. I love their whipped cream, and I love their ranch. I can eat like five of those ranches. they’re not cheap. Out at all the fast food places. I had to go back up there, and I came in and one of the ladies just looked at me and wouldn’t even turn around the other one. They were all Hispanic and I am Hispanic, and the girl looked at me and said how can I help you and then didn’t even speak a lick of English. Then another girl came out and started talking to me and I was like hey you guys I ordered Uber and you didn’t even give my ranch and my whipped cream! If they don’t know what they’re doing I don’t think they should be doing it. If they can’t read the order.
