1 chicken ranch burrito @ $5.50
1 soft taco combo @ $6.95
1 soft taco @ $2.95
Prices off of the menu… total $15.40 plus tax
We paid
1 chicken ranch burrito @ $6.15
1 sm 16 oz @ $1.50 (didn’t order, didn’t recieve)
2 soft tacos @ $8
1 combo @ -.30
1 reg mexi (fries) @ 2.25
1 reg drink @ $1.75
Prices on receipt… $19.35 plus tax
That’s $3.95 overcharged. Even taking out the drink that we didn’t order and didn’t receive, that’s $2.45 plus associated taxes overcharged.
The register prices DON’T MATCH the menu prices! I’m certain their creative way of ringing up the combo, while they did deduct .30, added to the over charge. Compare the prices on the menu with the receipt. They seem to be taking a few extra bucks off of customers. A systematic over charge! Everyone is paying more than they expect!
But wait, it gets worse!
We obviously caught this, and went back to the register to have it corrected. The young man looked the receipt over, handed it back, said, “what do you want me to do about it?” And then walked away. Didn’t care one bit, offered no solution, and then dismissed us as not important enough to attend to.
We will never return here, and we’ll make sure we let everyone know about this. It’s certainly illegal to do this. There can be no excuse for stealing from your customers.

We came through with two cars and a dozen orders and they got every single order correct! They were quick and made sure to check that we got everything. Our second car forgot to grab a couple of drinks & two employees came out to our cars to give us the drinks. THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Y’all were incredible!

Still like their food but the fact they still don’t have an open lobby is a joke. Not sure if they’re just super over staffed but they messed up our order. All though we noticed it at the window we waited for a minute or two before going through the drive through again to correct it. Also if your hard of hearing I think it would be impossible to communicate through their drive through. They can’t hear you and you can’t hear them. (I hear really well and it was tough for me.) last time I’ll visit this location.

The food is worth 5 stars but I only give 3 because the store manager is seriously lacking in customer service skills. She has no smile, no kind word, and no means of making the customer feel valued. I asked some questions about the menu and her response was “what is the problem here?” so I would just as soon take my business elsewhere. This kind of service with NO tact will drive customers away.
The rest of the employees were great, just not the manager. Food is good, especially good prices if you catch the deals.

This is Taco Time. It’s fast food, but good quality. This location is usually the best I’ve visited, and today was no different.
I asked about a burrito i had not tried before and the cashier was friendly and informative.
Food was out in a good time and the sweet pork burrito great.
While eating, I noticed the grill cook cleaning between orders, and it was fairly busy. Just want you want to see from any restaurant.

Honestly the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I can remember. I do not recommend this place. They took our order wrong, and, astoundingly, when we realized we’d been given the wrong order they refused to correct their mistake and offered instead to sell us the thing we had originally asked for. The only reason we missed it at the drive up window was because the order took so long to fill (about 10-15 mins, which feels like an eternity when you’re one of only 2 cars in line) so we were pressed for time. Since we had ordered two beef burritos and instead received one beef supreme burrito we figured we’d just take it and go. We got home and cut into a large bean burritto. So they took our order wrong, refused to fix it, and didn’t even give us the order they thought they were filling. We contacted the owner/manager about this and got zero response. Taco time is great in general, but I’d avoid this one.
