It is a bad sign when you go to a Mexican food restaurant but only see white people. Instead of a salsa bar there are just packets of sauce. The crispy taco shells didn’t taste like corn and the ground beef was flavorless. The tacos were among the worst I’ve ever had.

Clean, happy, polite and still training a new hire. They were calm, polite and went above to help our family of 5 boys. Big boys.

The employees are really nice. But when you order a large taco beef salad on a plate because I am allergic to gluten and you asked for Ranch dressing and you asked fir two and they ask you how many you want and you pay 24.00 for two people two eat and they forget your dressing everytime after they repeat how many ranch dressings you want and you tell them 2 ranch dressings and you tip them $5.00 each time and for the third time they forget your dressing. So Once again I didn’t get to eat my salad. I will never go to the taco time on Fairview Ave ever again. I tired of paying for food that I never get to eat. If you go to this taco time make sure you check your bag before you drive away. Then his mexi fies were ice cold. They use to be good but this is one restaurant I will not be going back to. And know the ranch dressing at home doesn’t taste very good with a taco salad from taco time.

My empanada was half the normal size, same price though. Size and price vary by location/owner im sure. This location not my favorite. Food was good despite major shrinkage in everything. Id rather pay more than be disappointed, just saying.

We order from here at least two times a week and some times more. Whoever hired the short hispanic girl with the curly hair, made a huge mistake. A few nights ago when I was there I asked her if they had a side of jalapeño peppers. She said no. The manger walked up and said, what did you want. When I told him, he said, yeah we do I’ll get you some. Tonight when I went there the same girl was working the window. She handed me my drink but no straw and shut the window. I waited for about five or six minutes for my food WITH my drink but no straw. She’s oblivious.

I don’t eat fast food often but my wife and I decided to go to this Taco Time on a Sunday. The two guys working were very kind, the burritos were fabulous, and the entire place, including the restrooms were very clean. Good job!

So about a month or two ago I take my twin boys in because they are wanting taco time. Personally, I don’t usually go here.
This will be the second time that I’ve brought them there in the first time no issues at all we ordered the food. All is good.
So make the short I order one of my kids a taco, I did not specify, crunchy taco, I believe I just said taco. We were also in the drive-through and they were going to eat in the car. My son said his taco was missing and this (he showed me what looked like a burrito) is all that’s in here. I asked him to taste it and see if he liked it he did and said no.
We weren’t very far, so I turned around and went back and told them that we ordered a taco but instead we got this burrito and the guy was extremely nice and polite and essentially told me that is a taco and asked me if he was preferring a crunchy taco and I told him yes but I forgot to say that and he was really nice about it and just made a taco for me on the spot gave it to me and asked if anybody would eat the other taco and I said yeah I’m sure I can get someone to do it. So I’m thinking all good. It was my mistake for ordering the wrong one and he made it right even though he didn’t have to so all good.
Well today I went in through the drive-through and I ordered taco again without specifying thinking that I’m going to get that same burrito contraption but instead I get a crunchy taco…
So yeah, it’s really irritating when I order it one way and receive it a certain way and then I order it that same exact way a different day and I receive something completely different.
The only thing I could think of is that if you are not very specific saying soft or hard that you are gambling with whatever they feel like making.
Also, definitely not a fan of the crunchy taco doesn’t really taste that good but the soft taco that looks like a burrito is pretty good.
Either way, I probably won’t be back unless my twins are with me. Mostly because the food is not that great.

Theit vegetarian Bean Burrittos are delicious and the even feature whole grain tortillas! They are quick and the food is dependable and you can have it the way you want it adding meat or guacamole. And it’s reasonably priced!

The fact that they charge 30 cents for ranch is absolutely appalling but yet ketchup is free, gone are the days of having an open condiment bar. It was one of the worst experiences ever and the staff member that told us the price was even worse. Come on Taco Time quit being so stingy.
