I get food delivered all the time due to work, for Mexican food quick I always did taco bell, that was until someone mention Taco Time, and WOW talk about a culture shock! their food is by far fresher, and better tasting. I assumed all fast food was limp and soggish, but theirs is crisp and crunchy every time. Don’t think they advertise enough or more people would see it. Kudos

On part of our order we orders chips and cheese sauce and they forgot the chips… I called twice letting it ring for at least a minute both times and nobody will answer the phone. Was hoping to be able to give a name for when we come back another time or something for either a refund or something.

I was scared to try it. The fish “taco” is more like a burrito. It was good. Tortilla was not cooked but still tasted ok the inside of the burrito or taco was tasty.

Angst teen drama is the theme here. All young workers around 15 except for the supervisor who is 17. The place is basically clean but had plenty of clutter from customer usage, straw wrappers, cup lids and over flowed ketchup/hot sauce.
However, the food is fresh, hot and they really fill the burritos. The soda is cold and has that extra syrup that makes it good.
The cashier was in her second day and was a bit slow as a few customers grumbled. But she was friendly, accurate and knew how to run the register. She is a rock star and had a smile while the remaining staff looked like their bf was caught at the food court with a cheerleader. You were awesome second day girl! This place is worth a visit cause they get the food/drink right.

Idk what the deal is with this place in specific but they have to just be negligent to continue to get orders wrong. The first time I didn’t get a burrito that I ordered and tried calling them to resolve the situation. No answer. I didn’t want to leave a review and got over it. I’ve gotten my second order and they just didn’t listen to apparently anything I told them. Not to mention I ordered hard tacos and these are the most disgusting wet tacos I think I’ve ever seen. Waste of 12 dollars. This is the last time I’ll be going to this establishment and I’ll take my business down the road to the Taco Bell. The photos do no justice but this stuff is like wet cardboard.
