The beef soft taco was skimp. more and more of the meals are pretty skimp these days. My taco was about as big as pack of smokes, more tortilla than anything.
I wouldn’t usually complain but this isn’t unusual quality from what I have seen and heard. I wonder if it has anything to do with the relatively new ownership?

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I will not go to this taco time. The service is terrible. The manager when I have went in a couple times in the evening is so anxious and on edge and very loud so everybody in the restaurant can hear her anxiety. She berates her staff. Leaves customers waiting for very long time before taking their orders and sounding very unprofessional about it. Really if you look at my Google I mainly leave good reviews but I just don’t think somebody should be managing a place that is so unprofessional. She might just be a shift lead but I’ve had her each time I’ve been in and her stress bleeds through the lobby and back into the kitchen. The last time I went in I even heard her telling her staff not to take any more orders despite cars being in the drive through and me being in the lobby. I don’t know why I even stuck around and waited the 10 plus minutes it took her to come take my order. Won’t happen again. I understand the food industry can be stressful but I also don’t think that this chain is ran very well. And my items were cold. Both times I went in they were out of a huge amount of different items that should have been prepped in the morning. I’ve worked at a taco time before I know how it works if you want a good Taco Time experience go to the Taco Time in Lyman they are amazing and ran very well.

This place is a disgrace to the diner that used to be there, the staff in the diner were always good and the food there was good but the new taco time is herendous. Not good. I do not recommend going here. The older gentlemen who took my order legitimately forgot to put the meet in my taco! He was also very rude if I could leave zero stars I would.

For the people complaining that there’s no crispy burritos all the time, I work here and our highest selling products are the crispy burritos. We hand make EVERYTHING. We make everything ourselves. It’s time consuming. And we are limited to how much we can make and sell so we don’t completely run out of product until the next truck comes. We work our hardest and try our hardest to keep customers satisfied. When we are disrespected we bite our tongues. For the older lady who works the window with a loud voice, she has a hard time hearing and she is a loud talker. She isn’t being rude. We tell the customers what our manager tells us to. If she says it’s a wait, then it’s a wait. If we aren’t to sell any more burritos so we have some to sell the next day then so be it. You guys complaining about our store really have no clue to what goes on behind the scenes. We do what we have to keep the store running and customers coming back. We get really busy and run out of stuff a lot. It’s pretty hard to prep stuff when you’re constantly working with customers and completing orders. Also when the equipment is down, it’s because we have no cooling system and it’s unsafe for us to work in such hot conditions. So please be polite and take our well being into consideration when we explain why we aren’t using something. Thank you.

I got to the drive thru at 8:3pm and knew they closed at 9pm. I waited about 10 mins before I noticed some people watching out the windows on the back door. Finally they came on to take my order. They informed me that all they had to serve was crisp burritos and stuffed mexi fries. I ordered and got the stuffed mexi fries and got home only to find out I received regular tator tots and not the stuffed mexi fries that I had ordered and I paid for. Don’t waste your time or money going to this taco time location because you will be very disappointed.

Ok this is bad I am a local and I love the soft taco here ! Unfortunately I had to go in side today and there was about 5 employees and what looked like a younger kid in training maybe but they way the other staff members was yelling and treating him is unacceptable! So on top of waiting for about 20 min to get my order takin by the only one working witch was the same kid getting yelled at why everyone else was out side we had to sit inside with a full dining room listening to the staff be ignorant and rude not only to the ppl trying to eat in piece but that kid who was the only one trying to do his job! At one point he asked someone to take the head set so he could use the bathroom he was told no take it with u and tell anyone that comes threw “just a min I am getting ice” like seriously do bettter ppl

Food is usually pretty good. Service has been lackluster at best over the past several months. Haven’t been able to get a crisp burrito in about 3 months. Every time I order I’m told they’re out of them for the day. Don’t know if they are only allowed to make a couple each day or if they just don’t want to make more. I would think with commercials bragging about food made fresh, then these should be prepped at order? Not sure. Have stopped going here at all. Got tired of sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes while they make the order ahead of me just to be told they are out of items for the rest of that day. It doesnt matter if I order at 11 am, or 3pm

Honestly, if you are in the mood for a taco, go somewhere else. I just witnessed an employee throw two soft tacos at a customer in an expiative filled tantrum because the customer wanted a refund after waiting for his food for over 30 minutes. Pandemonium ensued, a line formed for refunds, and I left without getting my meal. At least my Jr. High aged son learned some new words he hadn’t heard in school before. It is not uncommon to come here to find that I have more teeth than the combined staff behind the counter. The gas station it is in isn’t much better with disgusting restrooms.
