First time here and the staff was great. Our kids meal came out wrong(it happens ) but they were quick to fix it and even gave her some of those chips with cinasugar on them. We are in and they checked on us and made sure we liked our food. Above and beyond here and very friendly. A nice refreshing stop for dinner while traveling.

My first visit to Taco Time. I’m from out of town, staying nearby, and wanted something quick.
Service was fast and friendly, though I thought the portions were small, and I never got the sauce I requested.
The taco and burrito I got were fine. Nothing special. I had higher hopes.

For fast food this place is as good as it gets for Mexican – WAYYYY better than Taco Bell! There were 3-4 young people working when I stopped with my daughter and they were extremely respectful, kind, polite, etc – they restored my confidence in this generation a bit… food was very tasty and restaurant was very clean. Only gave 4 stars because it is a bit on the pricey side – around $5 for a regular hard shell beef supreme taco….

Cold refried beans, nacho cheese rather than real cheddar on nachos. Food safety concerns. No mistake of who I’m reviewing, Taco Time in the same parking lot as Clarion Hotel. The Taco Time where we live uses real cheddar on the nachos, always hot. The manager didn’t seem very concerned when we called to let them know it was bad.

I had a fantastic experience at Taco Time thanks to Alicia! I had a special request for my tacos, and Alicia went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They took the time to double‑check my order, made sure every detail was correct, and did it all with such a pleasant and positive attitude.
It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about getting things right and making customers feel valued, but Alicia absolutely does. Thank you for the great service and for making my visit such a good one. I’ll definitely be coming back!
