This place was amazing years ago. What happened? The price has tripled and the quality and quantity got cut in half. I ordered a value meal for $6.99 and an additional 3 tacos for $2.99 each. The tacos had 1/2″ of meat on the bottom and were bland. Its much different than the original recipe. I was dissatisfied with the meal but things got worse from there. I was rung up and the bill was nearly $20. When I asked about the price discrepancy I was ignored. It was quite awkward considering she was standing 3′ away. I asked again and she didn’t give me the value meal price. She would not honor the price even though it was laminated in a frame on the counter. It was only a few dollars that was stolen but thats not the point. Most people have forgotton or forgave their serious health violations from years ago. I will not be going back ever!!!

Good fresh food, in a clean place, made by wonderful people. Not really a sit down place, (only a couple of tables) and worth the wait for your food to be ready. Her chicken is delicious btw.

If you are looking for a 5 Star restaurant to take your high class clients to, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for authentic food that you can take with you, then this is the place. Seating is limited to just a few booth type tables, but this place has been a staple for as long as I can remember. Get the pernil with rice and beans. You won’t be disappointed. (I took the pic after I started eating. The presentation was much nicer. )

Jus19.Just so happened to be driving by, and decided to stop. There aren’t many parking spots available, and maybe 2-3 tables inside. It’s more of a take out spot. I ordered the Pernil Sandwich with Amarillos. Great in flavor, great in taste. Not bad for $9.99.

Soooooooooooooooooo delicious!! The ladies were super friendly. The onions are tasty!! I had tacos. I also had an enchilada. (Tacos were better) The empanada was very good too!!

Passed this place driving to another restaurant and made a mental note to stop by and try…and that I did.
The woman was very nice, wish I got her name. Service was fast. Placed order at the window. It was a small place but hard to miss.
I ordered a chicken taco and 2 chicken empanadas (meat pies). The chicken was very tender and flavorful. I didn’t realize the taco came with beans so that was a nice surprise. I will definitely go again if I’m in the area!!

My family wanted some empanadas and this place did not disappoint! The empanadas and tacos were really tasty, and the price point for the meals definitely makes this a go-to spot!
Update: Came back and got the combo burrito with roast pork and tostones amarillo!
