I have read the reviews about this place so here is my honest opinion. The food here is NOT without flavor. For the area this restaurant is in…true Flavor as others were whiny about would set this business back…they do what they do for the area in which they are in…I can appreciate that their salsa and chips were good and the Pico was very good as well…if you are a condesiuor of sorts about Mexican food this might not be for you.. but those with sensitive tummy and palates this is perfect…the staff were super nice and did a great job accommodating us. The restaurant it’s self is cozy and welcoming. Will I go back? Maybe…would I say it’s horrible? No absolutely not.

Tuesday night I ordered street tacos for dinner and picked up my order within 15 minutes. Lunch today with coworkers I ordered three crispy beef tacos with beans and rice. Excellent food and service. Swing by and give them a try!!

The food is good. The service was not great. We asked for hot sauce 2 times, and we never got it. Didn’t get refills. The skinny margaritas were horrible. Hopefully, it was a one-off because we like going here, but it seems to get worse every time we go.

It one of the only restaurants in the area. The food is kind of bland. There are better choices in the Anniston/Oxford area . It’s a Mexican restaurant ran by country locals so don’t look for authentic taste and flavors. The service is good but they struggle to pay attention to the front door. The atmosphere is comfortable but the booth seats need to be redone as the seats are no longer plush and comfortable.
