This location is by far the best. The other locations, not so much. The service is ok. I love the breakfast burritos, They are my favorite, but the last few times that I have went, my breakfast burrito had chicken in it and no cheese. Even though I asked for extra cheese. Constantly getting orders wrong…. my dad loves this place(I don’t know why)so he always offering it to us…. I tell him there is always onion s in my order (i DO NoT like onions) even when ordered without and even the employee assures me there isn’t but always ends up with onion… I hate to refuse he kindness, definitely feel bad when he offers and I have to decline.. because employees are not doing there job right… enough is enough time for action

Was disappointed with the Baltimore location, their reviews said this location was better. I’m giving 3 stars cuz I was only in the drive thru maybe 3 minutes for my online order. The taco shells stayed intact which never happens from Taco Bell so I like that. However both locations have super bland food which really means something coming from me cuz I’m more of a plain picky eater. It’s just ground beef with no seasoning whatsoever no salt no taco seasoning just beef. It’s nice they include salsa but it’s too spicy for me. They were finishing my order as I waited so it was “fresh” but despite living maybe 3 miles away it was cold! Idk if tacos just don’t travel well or what but I always have to reheat my orders from any Taco Stop. That’s where the shells staying intact come in handy to survive the microwave but that’s literally the nicest thing I have to say. At least I tried different locations but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Service is – what service? You give order at the drive through window and you wait there for the order. Everyone in their vehicles have to wait for the people inside to make the orders one at a time and it’s not like they have line workers, nope! The average time per customer is between 7 to 10 minutes.
I have another gripe too, staff never smiles and the atmosphere to me seems heavy, like they don’t like it there but it’s a job. To me, the staff, aside from food, is what makes me want to eat from a place. Never tried the food but I’m sure it’s far from authentic from the looks and smells.

Today and the last couple of times I have ordered from Taco Stop was very disappointing. This is my families go to place and it is usually good. Today however, it was awful. I ordered beef enchiladas they gave me chicken which got my husband sick as he is allergic to chicken, the food was cold except the beans, they were burnt. The burrito I got was ok but tortilla was soggy and nasty. I don’t know if we will continue to be loyal customers anymore. Been going to Taco Stop on 4th Street for years!☹️

Pulled up to the drive-through at 6:45 PM the sign says they close at 7 PM and that they’re under new management. The young girl let me sit for 5 minutes and when she opened up the window told me the friars were down already and they closed in 5 minutes apparently you don’t want my business because that technically won’t be 7 PM so I won’t give it to you. And if that’s what new management consists of you better step up your game.
