Best Mexican food in Monroe, this place is a hidden gem. Please, please, please give them a try instead of some overpriced dump like Ixtapa. The tacos, burritos and quesabirria especially are very reasonably priced and super delicious, and the red and green sauces are so good that I highly recommend asking for some to take home to dose your own cooking with. I give the atmosphere a high mark because you can just pull up a stool at the counter and watch the food be made, you almost forget that you’re in a convenience store, if that’s something that actually bothers you. Because of the very limited seating, it’s not a big group sit-downy kind of place (but great for carryout), and I guarantee if you give them a try, you’ll become a regular too!
