Last two times we made a taco shop it’s been an unfriendly visit the first time we took it home to meet tasted really funny like it was old.
The second time we went to eat it was in as great as it was customer service and Taco shop is really went downhill at this Taco shop on East Harry the food wasn’t that great anymore and the girl that had been working there just finished eating was putting her fingers in her mouth going over to where they were making the food then we go over and touch the cash register I never once seen a washed her hands going back to work I don’t think I’ll be eating their the cleanliness and the environment is not so great anymore you used to love this Taco shop but I think I’ll stop

I’m eating their tacos for lunch everyday for like 3 weeks now, I’m allergic to corn so the soft flour tacos or something that I can eat without itching get him with sour cream and some hot sauce and it’s on point, plus the staff are friendly and good at whipping up food on the fly, long line? No problem they’ll have you in and out quick!

Hella cool justvthe youngster at the register was respectful n polite but the other guy was using foul language to descibe his understanding of a messed up order. Not to be punishhwd severely but should hold his tongue. Children frequent there often and ate exposed enuff to the wicked ways of the world.

I’m in taco shop now and am horrified at what it’s turned into we order 2 Monterreys they take our money we go to sit down a cockroach is walking up the wall by the window we tell the person at the register that took our order they then get table cleaner and a rag, how that’s supposed to get rid of the bug I don’t know, we move to a different area of the restaurant to wait for our “food” they come over and say we’re out of the pork so no Montereys great boooo it’s literally the whole reason we came. They suggested the taco salad so we’re like ok I guess. The price for the taco salads wAs less for one but somehow it’s the same price. If we weren’t starving I’d have left and yes I checked my food thoroughly for bugs. The crew was loud and laughing then Suddenly dead quiet no employees were in the front of the store. They acted like the cockroach was no big deal. How did we know the meat for the taco salad wasn’t roach meat or The reason they were out of pork was the roach traps were empty. Very very disappointed. Also the bathrooms were freezing cold.

What a joke for chicken quesadillas. Someone really doesn’t care about what the food looks like they serve. Guess they were annoyed because, I ordered four of them. Guy working the drive thru window acts like he hates his job and it really shows in his lack of customer service skills. Guess you can’t expect anything more from taco shop
