Nobody provides service this good any more. Three different people checked on us during our meal. Great food, healthy portions. Not sure about the sauce… It had something amazing I could put my finger on… But I enjoyed a lot of it.

Quaint little family owned place with THE BEST beef tacos! Just thinking of them is making my mouth water! They also have salsa that is so good I’ve been tempted to drink it! (I haven’t because that would be weird, but you get it!!) The chicken tacos on white are my second go to meal here, although I don’t think you’d be disappointed with anything you order!

Decent mexican food, a bit on the pricey side. Food is prepared fresh and generous portions. It seems most people come in for alacarte and that would make the prices a bit more in line with what you’re getting. That said, the food was good and we would probably be back if we were able to sit and enjoy the meal while it was served hot, we were too close to closing time.

I didn’t get pictures…. The food was delicious! I ordered beef stuffed soapapillas. It was very good, the green chile was mild, so if you can’t do hot chile, this spot is perfect for you. Portions were good. My friend ordered toastasas, it came with 3, and they were stacked high. They came with beans and rice. My other friend got the special 2 beef burritos. She said it was delicious. We had Pepsi products to drink. The gentleman who took our order, Conrad was great! He answered all our questions about what came in, or with the food. He came to check on us often. I would recommend this place for great mexican food, in Pueblo West! And if you don’t want mexican food… they serve 1_4lb and 1/2lb burgers!

I went to taco shells because it has so many good reviews. The food, was good, but not as good as I expected it to be. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing from the menu. I had the chicken stuffed sopapilla smothered in green chile. And I got a kids beef taco for my son. The green chile is really good! I loved that part. But my sopapilla was made in a way that I got all refried beans(A LOT) when I started, and by the time I was about halfway through, I got a lil chicken. I was pretty full by this time and decided to check if there was more chicken further into the dish. Sure enough, allllll the chicken was at the back . So I’ll have some very chickeny leftovers for dinner lol. Also, I tried my sons taco. The meat was definitely a bit bland for my taste. Maybe they do that for the kids tacos?

One of the Best Mexican restaurants in Pueblo but definitely the Best Mexican Food you can find in Pueblo West.
The Chicken Enchiladas with Green Chili are probably the Best thing I have ordered there yet! Chili is flavorful and the perfect touch of spice and didn’t have any massa balls like alot of Mexican Restaurant’s do in the Chili. Thanks Again!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pueblo, gather ‘round, because Taco Shells just slapped me with a bacon breakfast burrito so good I’m still wiping salsa-tears of joy! This Mexican gem wrapped up a tortilla so perfect it flung me straight back to Grandma’s kitchen—y’know, when she’d whip up breakfast burritos and I’d pray she’d adopt me full-time. It’s like the folks at Taco Shells channeled her spirit, but with a side of Pueblo pizzazz. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was super sweet! 10/10, I’d fight a piñata blindfolded to get another bite!
