I tried taco shack since I was craving a fish taco and theirs looked good. But wow, this was such a disappointment. They charged $2 to add carne asada to a California burrito which usually is carne asada by default. Their meat was either extremely fatty or super chewey. Very low quality and rather tasteless. I was charged $1 to add sour cream (when I asked for crema) bringing the total cost to $5 for one taco. Yet still, there was still very little cream on the taco. The actual piece of fish was pretty good though! The worst part is I ordered over the phone and none of these upcharges were mentioned. I’ll go back to Cucas across the street.

First off the fish tacos and chicken tacos were good but the carne asada, you need better quality for the price. Too fatty, chewy and no flavor at all. We had a great time at Taco Shack. Their service was top notch and the Tacos were great. Gobernador-tasty quesotacos- phenomenal but the potato tacos were on another level! Thanks for the hospitality! I highly suggest mixing their verde sauce with their spicy de arbol sauce for the ultimate kick!

I hadn’t eaten at Taco Shack in a while, but I stopped by while my truck was getting serviced around the corner — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked up, I was impressed by how incredibly clean and well-kept everything looked. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent.
What really blew me away, though, was the food. It was absolutely delicious, and I love that they serve it on beautiful platters when you dine in — such a great touch that shows they care about the experience.
You can really tell they’re putting in the effort to do things right. I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend!

Came around 3PM on a Monday. Loved the food & vibes! My husband & I will be coming back. It wasn’t busy but there were some families & we had shrimp cocktail, tacos ñ, rice & beans, 10/10. The shrimp was delicious & packed (not like a little shrimp & more veggies at other places), it was stacked with shrimp! Definitely coming back! (:

The fish taco was probably the best part. The chili relleno burrito was also pretty good. Basically what you would get on a plate of that dish, with beans and rice, all put into a tortilla. Of the salsa, the verde was the best. Worth checking out.

Passing thru and stopped to grab a few tacos. Yum yum yum! They were delicious. We ordered street tacos: chicken, carnitas, fish and shrimp. The fish taco was big in my opinion compared to the meat tacos. All were delicious. Rice and beans were perfect. I would make an out of the way trip to eat there again!! Please tell me how to make rice like that! Please!

I’m only leaving a 3 stars because I actually come here very often and the food is delicious.
But today Jan 4th, I had an experience with the cashier that quite literally made me walk out without ordering anything.
Mind I usually purchase about $50 worth of food for myself and employee
I asked for a breakfast burrito and add Papas con Carne but the cashier kept ringing up something else and I kept telling her that’s the thing I have ordered several times in the past and she just kept going back and forth.
I’ll probably change the review back to 5 stars, because I genuinely love this place, but today’s experience with this particular cashier was not enjoyable

Amazing ceviche, so fresh! So beat michelada I’ve had in a really long time. Their custom mix and custom champs sauce around the rim makes it bar none!
The service is always fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is chill. I love the outdoor patio seating, perfect for an evening date!
