We enjoyed (5) amazing tacos (which I didn’t manage to get photo of because they were eaten almost immediately). The enchiladas were absolutely fantastic as well.
The margaritas were very refreshing and made the food experience very comfortable.
Make sure to try the avocado ice cream and the churros with dulce de leche.
The staff was very polite and provided a very nice and professional service but the atmosphere was very warm as well!
We walked in on a Saturday for dinner with no reservation. They were quite busy but were able to accommodate us at a small table in the middle of the dining room. We were next to an incredibly large party who got wonderful service. We on the other hand waited almost a full 30 minutes before anyone even greeted us and asked our order. No apology for the delay. If we weren’t starving we would’ve left. We each ordered tacos and the Guac. Sadly things were sort of bland. The taco de res (beef) had a less than appealing presentation and lacked flavor. The pork was the only saving taco.
The staff is super super nice and helpful and the atmosphere is super chill, music 10/10.
Mexican owner, and it shows in the food. If you expect standard tex-mex, then go elsewhere but realize you will miss out on this great food. We also liked how they sell original mexican mazapán de la rosa (peanut marsipan) at the counter: a nice touch.
Atmosphere is informal but cozy. Friendly staff. Probably good cocktails, but we didn’t try.
Also had parking in front of the restaurant
Cocktails were excellent, don’t miss your chance to try one!
Only a shame that they don’t have coffee (like at Taco Santo 1) for after dinner with the Churros or dessert.
Taco Santo 2 is very spacious and always tables available. Food is spectacular. They offer a plate with 3 or 5 tacos (mucha hambre) and they are the best option to try different flavors. Fair prices. Excellent service.
