I used to have a 5 star review here. The newer woman at the window has ruined that now. Rude on the phone and rude in person. The woman that was there before was amazing! Also, if you’re going to skimp out on the sauce now, go back to the smaller trailer that was probably paid for.

Tacos are always delicious. Burritos and torta as well. The fajita mix is also very good. All the flavors are there. The salsas are the cherry on top, very fresh and have a good kick to them.

This is the BEST taco stand in Lakeland. When ordering ahead over the phone you will occasionally have to wait on hold but that’s reasonable considering how busy it can get. They recently upped the price of their tacos to $1.50. Still worth it!

I eat here every time I’m nearby and in need of a meal. Found this place because I was next door getting a haircut around lunchtime. I asked the barber what was good at the taco stand and he said “I always get the Alambre”. After tasting the amazing flavors and textures of this dish, I also now always get the Alambre. I love pastor tacos and would love to try them but the Alambre always calls me back. It’s really amazing and the portion is generous. Easily two lunch-sized meals. The sauces are also super delicious. This taco stand is a bit out of the way but you need to come and see why they’re always busy. The lunch wait is usually around 10-15 minutes. The food is homemade quality and fresh, so very much worth the wait. This is real food, not fast food. Pleasant ambience. Outdoor covered tables among trees with a pond.

Absolute dynamite of a burrito. Their green and red salsa is amazing as well. Very friendly service with fair prices for what you get. The reviews are correct. Will definitely be going again

I’ve been coming here for a few years and these are consistently the best tacos in the city.
The light fry they do on the tortillas and the grilled onions really set these over the top in terms of flavor and texture. Very rich salsas with a moderate spice, which are so good I use them for other stuff too (like chicken wings or to add some spice to a soup) if I have extra. Sometimes they’ll throw in a roasted pepper or two with the order (I believe they’re serrano?) which is always a nice treat.
Service is always very friendly and prompt. Great overall experience, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
