This place is AMAZING!!!! Cash only but don’t let that keep you away. Very good home cooked food. Will DEFINITELY return.
I had the chicken mole. It was a little milder than what I’m used to elsewhere but really good. Chicken was great and fork tender. I also tried a sample of chile Colorado that was FABULOUS! It was so smooth and just the right amount of spice.
Not much seating inside.

Very easy to miss this place if you’re not looking for it but you should be! It’s a pretty casual place, I enjoy stopping by when I’m in town.
**It’s cash only** so make sure to bring enough with you. I eat at less busy hours but I’d wager parking could be tricky at busy times.
Seems like they make their own taco shells which are fresh and crunchy. The tacos were very good and loaded up! Good options for spicy vs mild as well.
Definitely worth trying and the vibe feels like you’re visiting someone’s home for some comfort food.

I rated the atmosphere at 5, not because it’s a fancy environment, but because it felt real and genuine. It’s actually a small place with only a few tables, and it’s evidently part of the owners home. The food was definitely cooked fresh because each plate was brought out one at a time, which was actually very charming. It was like being at a friend’s house and the food was served with pride. The tostadas, tacos, tamales, rice and chili’s were are all good; but the beans were outstanding and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Melt in your mouth savory from the inside out.
There’s Mexican restaurants every other block, Absolutely no need to go elsewhere.
They should allow chefs from our great neighbors to come learn with humility on how to make Devine ‘s!
I travel to work for a living…

P.s this place is so affordable the owner is committing robbery on himself continously!!!

There may be goldmine restaurants around here,
But this is the only Dimond mine in eastern Kansas.
[I don’t like waiting so please avoid this place between 7:30-9:00 pm as I enjoy the royal treatment I get here.

I was in town for work and tried out this local Mexican restaurant. I got their Ribeye steak with rice and beans. The steak was very juicy and tender while the beans was very creamy and rich. Will definitely go out there again!
