This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Orlando. The food was amazing. Authentic Mexican with tons of flavor and great portions. Our server Melanie was awesome and the owner even came over to our table to say hello. The prices are very affordable too! 10 out of 10 stars!

Affordable, delicious, staff is friendly and quick. Ive never sat and ate at the restaurant although the atmosphere, decor and everything is so good you could probably take a nap in there or comfortably dine in with your family or friends. Also they were open today though google says it’s closed on Wednesday’s!

We came right as it opened and what appears to be the owner or manager greeted us, sat us and served us. The guacamole was a delicious start. The tacos were among some of the best authentic Mexican tacos. Brought me back to Los Angeles style Mexican food. Thank you tacos rio.

Came here for lunch during a training class in the area. Got the chips, salsa, and “queso”. Queso was cheese sauce probably from a can. Chips were a hard and a little stale. Salsa had a little bit that was nice but could tell it wasn’t fresh. Got the two taco combo with steak and chicken, which comes with a side of rice and beans. Chicken was hard and dry, steak was bland and had a huge knot. Beans were watery but the rice was cooked perfectly. Reviews looked promising but I couldn’t have been more unimpressed. Will not return.

4/5 food. Had a few pieces of really, really chewy carne and a bone in the Barbacoa. Pastor was decent. Salsa Verde was good, rojo was not my cup of tea. Gave me lemons instead of limes with the tacos—that’s a first for me. I prefer the latter. One star off bc tacos took 40min to come out. Less than half of the tables were filled…Maybe just short staffed? I think the move is to call in your order—seemed to be what others were doing. Anyways, probably won’t return. Not bad though and worth a try.

Delicious tacos at a reasonable price. Got pollo guisado, carne asada, and al pastor—pollo was my favorite. Authentic Mexican restaurant all around

Tried to eat here while visiting through this area since I saw other good reviews and could not finish the food. Chips were stale, salsa and queso just looked “old” or like fake cheese. Tacos de asada were bland. The meat, ehh I just couldn’t. Lo siento, no estuvo bueno. I’m from Chicago originally and I know good Mexican food so I was hoping this hole in the wall spot would be one of those amazing places you find that don’t look like much from outside, but blow you away. It fell very short. Unfortunately. It’s so so. The plaza it is in is a bit run down, looks sketchy so be vigilant.

16 dollars for 2 tacos, rice & beans. That was a lunch special. Nothing special about it. I was their only customer at peak lunch time. Gal was nice, spoke no English. I couldn’t buy an extra side of tortillas. Not sure why they couldn’t accomplish that but ok. Meat was bland and chewy. Also she said tortillas were homemade, they are not.
