This place was a surprise. I never expected it to be as good as it was based on the building and location. (I know, I know… never judge a book by its cover).
The food was so good. Large portions full of flavor. I loved the plates and presentation they use. The atmosphere and decor is nice too.
The salsa bar was great. Especially the mango pico de gallo. Im pretty sure we made 4 trips up just for that one. It was awesome. Can’t wait to be back!

This is the first time here. We were greeted and sat right away. Our server was very friendly. They gave us chips and beans. Thaty have a salsa bar with lots to choose from. My favorite was the mango Pico. I ordered sangria and a Texas steak burrito. It was big !! It did not come with any sides. But i ordered a small side of rice also. My husband ordered sopes. Our food was soo good !! I would definitely recommend trying this place.. it is a sit down restaurant but it also has a drive threw.

Hands down best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is calm with beautiful decor. Our server was on point and very attentive.

#1 place in my book for Shrimp Taco Salads and Horchata! Have never eaten inside.
Only 2 complaints I will ever have: You DO NOT sell Horchata in gallons! lol and I specifically asked for a Shrimp Taco Salad with no water but I always get a soggy Salad. Tortilla stuck to the paper. The only crispy part are the edges . Do without the paper and maybe drain the lettuce and tomatoes better or place the tomatoes in a container. Totally ruins the experience! Will continue to eat there and often, you just need to do a little restructuring on the salad. Thanks!

Best fast Mexican food in the area!! Part of the same group that runs Puerto Nuevo, their food is always really good! I don’t like to go anywhere else for Mexican now. The grilled chicken is always so juicy and it’s never stringy like at other restaurants. The seasoning was different but I prefer it now.

My fiance and I love Taco Riendo!! We eat here so often they have our drink orders memorized. The staff is so friendly and don’t even get me started on how good the food is. We love that they serve a bean with cheese dip with their chips rather than the traditional salsa (but they do have a whole salsa bar!). Can’t say enough good things about this place. Best place to eat in Bristol!

The staff are always amazing. I cannot say enough good about Taco Riendo. I’ll never go anywhere else for Mexican cuisine.

This is probably my #1 go to Mexican restaurant. The food is always so fresh, filling, and the best bang for the quality!Now its not the cheapest one I have been to in the area, but again this place has the best quality in my opnion, but don’t think its crazy expensive either it’s not.
The staff have always been friendly and I hate to admit but they usally already know what I want/need because I go often
I tend to go through the drive-thru, don’t expect speedy service, not because they are slow, but this is a restaurant with a drive-thru window, not fast food kind of food. I sure hope that makes sence.
If you live around there or are just stopping by, yes I recommend at least giving it a shot. I would like to assume you wouldn’t be disappointed!

I had the Carnitas dinner with large Hotchata for the drink and both were excellent! Avocados and pico de gallo tasted fresh. I had them delivered to me via Doordash. This was my second try. My first actual experience at the restaurant I had the Mojarra Dorada (whole fried tilapia fish platter) and it was delicious. I didn’t care for the salad that came with it but it nonetheless, the fish was still good. The lobby atmosphere was a little outdated and the booth I sat in was a little unsturdy. Other guests sitting behind me were a bunch of teenagers who won’t sit still so every move they made the booth shook with them. It may be best to get my carnitas or fish craving to-go ordered from now on.
