This place is incredible! The food was amazing! The staff was really friendly, especially Alex! I think this may be the best burger I’ve ever had!
This is one of the most well thought out food trucks I’ve been to as well. They have buzzers to let you know when your food is ready, and they bottle their horchata and keep it in the fridge so it’s ready to go.
So we ordered a bunch of food to try:
Al Pastor Tacos – Delicious
Lengua Tacos – Delicious
La Mexicana Burger – To Die For!!
Baja Bowl with Carnitas – Delicious
Everything was cooked extremely well, and the fries were extra crispy and delicious! The truck is very clean on the inside, the staff all wear gloves, and they have an ‘A’ Rating with the health inspector!
I definitely recommend trying this truck out, it’s even worth a drive!

The food was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the al pastor tacos!! I also had a carnitas Gordita and it was pretty good, but probably not worth ordering again. My husband got a steak quesadilla and he really liked it, he said the steak was just a bit chewy like it may have been slightly overcooked, but definitely worth trying again! We ordered a side of fries and I think the person taking our order misheard us because they gave us rice. We didn’t notice until we got home but it was really good rice, so I wasn’t mad about it
The service was okay, it didn’t stand out and no one was particularly friendly, but no one was rude either and they made our food pretty fast, so I didn’t have an issue with it.
The prices on the menu for some items are crossed out and marked up a bit. I don’t think the pricing is unfair at all, but just something to keep in mind. The pictures of the menu on the Google listing don’t have those updates. Without adding drinks and with only one side between us, it was about $15 per person.
It’s a little awkward waiting by the food because the truck is right between the gas station dumpster and the area where uhauls are dropped off, but we took it to go and enjoyed it at home, it was great!

Great food! Love the tacos, they have great flavors and the sauces are good. Red is really hot and green is semi hot. We typically get the tacos or burritos.

Go here. You have to go here. The food is delicious and fresh. It’s always top-notch. He’s concerned with making sure the customer is satisfied, so when he questioned whether the bread was right, he went to a bakery and had them make bread specifically for his sandwiches. I drive from Fern Creek to get here. It is worth the drive. The tacos are delicious. The wet burritos are awesome. There is nothing that I have had at this food truck that has ever disappointed me. We decided to try but was very displeased with the food. Ordered pico de gall and there is hardly any tomatoes in at all, mostly peppers, onion and cilantro. The chimichanga was too thick with tortilla . Wings were ok but would not order again. Cheese dip is very good.

If you’re looking for authenticity then this is the spot. One of the best chicken tacos I have ever had. This small food truck packs a power punch with the taste and quality of food. It can get busy on weekends but week nights are pretty quick. I would definitely recommend 10/10
