I love going here.Just not this location. I asked for pineapples to be added.They were nowhere to be found.I added extra lettuce and extra meatThat was not the case.Once I received the food and I asked for no cheese and there was cheese.Obviously the order was not read and the food was made.Not according to the order placed. Not only that, I had asked when I was there to pick up the food that I previously placed online.And I was told they were to go and charge me for lime.I had to point out that since I wasn’t getting any dressing.I’m supposed to receive lime once.I received the food literally.The piece of lime was so tiny.I couldn’t do anything with it.So I had to go back in at that time, and I asked for lime… In which then I was charged, which I should not have been. Lame y’all can’t get a simple order correct. $18 lol.

The food here is REALLY bad.
I ordered a barbacoa (beef) protein bowl and two shrimp tacos. The bowl was abysmal and the tacos were… edible, I guess.
I’m no expert on Mexican food, but before moving to Wisconsin I lived in the southwestern U.S. for about 30 years and traveled to Mexico often. I’ve eaten more than my fair share of outstanding, authentic Mexican food during that time. Also, I’m married to a Mexican man who is a really good cook. So I have a pretty good idea of what the food should taste like.

The barbacoa bowl was completely flavorless. I’m not just talking about spicyness level… I mean it had no actual flavor whatsoever.
Also, the barbacoa was… cubed? I’ve never had it that way anywhere else, and I order barbacoa a lot. It’s always shredded. But even worse was how tough / gristly and fatty the Taco Pros barbacoa was. Absolutely inedible. I threw it in the trash. I would not even feed the meat to my dog.
The shrimp tacos were tiny and pretty bland.
The guy at the cash register was nice, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place. I definitely won’t be back.

Very fresh food. The Guacamole is really good! First time here. The chicken Enchiladas are fantastic & so are the Tacos. Plenty of parking. The wait time is a bit longer than fast food, but very worth it! The flavors are good, chips fresh & crispy. Very clean inside. We’ll definitely be back.

They were rude as hell! I placed an order online, it said it was ready for pick up. I go pick it up she goes we don’t have it or the ticket. I showed her three times that it was that location even showed her the logo! She kept asking are you sure it’s this store? I even showed her that they said the store was very unresponsive. I asked her could I get the food yall took the money from me she said no I sat there and ordered again online and it took literally 40 minutes for them to give me some nasty food! Their prices are jacked up for food you can go get from the taco truck and it tastes sooooo much better! It was my first and last time going! The cashier was rude and thought everything was extremely funny which pissed me off even more! Still haven’t received my refund. Also the heavy set lady with the honey blonde or whatever color she had in her head is rude as hell they all are rude and know nothing about serving.

The food is okay. But it’s not worth the money. I paid $16 for 3 tacos, rice and beans. They gave me one spoon full of rice and beans. Two scoops and it’s done. Not worth $16. Need to sell those plates for $10 at max. Big rip off

I’ve been here three other times and the food was very good, but that was earlier in the day when I went. I literally just left this place not that long ago first time going this late and my food was not fresh. Everything was cold. The jalapeño sauce exploded when I opened it so it must be old and not PhreSh none of this stuff taste fresh this time. I’m very disappointed and they are not answering the phones.

I’ve been waiting on a quality restaurant in this place since the wongs wok didn’t make it. It’s so nice to have this place paired with the Dunkin’ in terms of location especially when you are looking for that healthier option even with Taco Bell on the block. While my bowl wasn’t full of memorable flavors on the meat, it was full of FRESHNESS and the meat was seasoned decently so that’s actually all I was looking for with the steak & chicken protein bowl I ordered. I’m glad I ordered the queso because it definitely enhanced my bowl.
The place was super clean, had helpful friendly staff, great service. My only suggestion is to re-think the salsas that the food is served with. They are both spicy and lack the flavor that gives the food the memorable taste. I’m going to cafe corazon buying their red salsa and eating it with my future bowls. Hint: Y’all might want to pluck a page out of their salsa playbook.

I see the same beautiful cashier/ waitress each time I go. Her service, smile and entire demeanor is something I look forward to. I rarely have an appetite but I do eat at least half of what is purchased because she greets you with the love and effort put in by the cook. The food is delicious ( THANK YOU CHEF) Big props.

Had one of the worst burrito experiences of my life from here. Bought a steak burrito which I’ve had once before and enjoyed. Last time it was a little short on cheese so I ordered extra cheese. The burrito I got was about 50% cheese, was missing ingredients and had about 25% of the steak that normally comes with it. The cheese was atleast .5-.75 inches thick and the whole thing was an oily mess. Maybe ordering extra cheese means I want 8 handfuls worth. Just not good and kind of comical thinking about it in hindsight. It’s seemed like someone saw extra cheese on the order and decided to scoop out steak and put an unrealistic amount of cheese in as a joke. Probably won’t order extra cheese in a burrito again and definitely won’t order from here again. Good prank I guess
