Our family had ordered a parillada bundle that came with little to no meat, with the meat being overcooked. The employees were of no help when it came to ordering, rushing everything completely, and on top of that, the store does not answer its phone line. How do you expect to run a smooth business if your line is not even working? For the prices they’re charging you’d at least expect that. The team forgot several sides that were supposed to come with the meal. Overall, horrible customer service. Please do better for your customers.

We ordered the fajita parrillada for four people and were disappointed. The portion was very small for four and the meat was overcooked and dry. Not what we expected for the price. We have been to other taco Palenques and it nothing like this!

Its excellent on flavor but price is high for what they serve. Update:2/6/24:: Food was good, service was good too, but restaurant looked a bit dirty, otherwise we liked it. Update 5/6/2025, everything was good, nice and clean, the pay area is a bit warm, they need an ac over there.

” I went right now to This restaurant the lady at the cashier or the Mic area she completely was very rude she kept not understanding what my dad says in Spanish and she even shut the door in his face where we get the food and even though we only ordered the Taco de chilaquinas and she said pull up in the driveway and he knows they don’t take long and I know she’s very rude and I know a person is in a bad day but my dad is a very nice person and I want you guys to fix their attitude before I want my money back when we go there again and I don’t go there to just be Talk bad to or my family this was a horrible customer service and I want that girl to fix her attitude that’s whoever is in charge of the cashier and pick people that’s nice not rude towards customers horrible attitude and I give this restaurant a 3/10 for bad attitude and shutting the door in front of my dad’s face at the Drive door window and the way they speak and even talking when my dad trying to talk to what he wanted I want that fix before this restaurant isn’t my favorite anymore ”

Worst customer service. I went to pick up my order that I had ordered 30min prior. I was told to wait on the side while 3 other vehicles passed by and I kept waiting for my order. I had to call 5x to finally get an answer by a rude employee that barely said anything. I was finally turned in my order and the employee did not say a word and just walked away. I get home to finally eat my food and my burrito was sloppy and I had ordered extras and didn’t get anything. I was still charged for the extras. The frustration was so much that I had to go through the calling process AGAIN but I gave up, I got no answer. Also what is the point of picking the salsas on the app if they’re going to give you whatever they want anyway. Taco Palenque customer service going to the trash
